IF the internet page price and car were what was offered when I went to get the vehicle I would have been happy. Rented from Avis and the have not refunded the deposit money verses actual useage. Not a good experience. From the unending attempts to upsell, the missing customer info, and ultimately giving us a vehicle that broke down on us, the experience at GEG Hertz was miserable. Both vehicles (Jeep Gladiators) experienced death wobble which kept us fighting to stay on the road and on schedule.Reviewed 22 Jan 2024
