9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite with a bay view.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I could stay at the window or on the patio for hours watching airplanes taking off and landing. It's amazing.
Cons: The quality of bedding sets are kinda of old. But considering the price it is fine.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was awesome. Eggs, omelettes, waffles, bacon, oatmeal, fruit and every bread and pastries you can imagine. The place is loud though. Not just the airport being close but zero sound proofing btw rooms. The AC units. Do not work. If you like it hot, this is the place for you ;)
Cons: The air conditioning.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was done well... however, they ran out of certain foods quickly, given the amount of guests. Breakfast staff were polite and worked fast to clear used tables for the next guest.
Cons: The internet was very sketchy and did not stay ON... we had to keep re-logging back on within 10 minutes... TV was limited and if you wanted to check the 'guide' for it, you have to turn the TV off, then back on to read the guid as it scrolls the second you turn the TV on... we could not find a button to call it up! I explained to the desk clerk that I forgot my nightgown and asked if I could use a hotel bathrobe... I was told those robes were only for a Bay front view room. I said I'm on the first floor looking at the Bay and the clerks told me that floor doesn't count! I think under my cercumstances, I could have been provided with a robe for the two nights we were there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Microwave and fridge. Nice continental breakfast. Nice outside sitting area. Workout room. Friendly staff. Airport runway within view to watch planes takeoff and land. No airport noise inside room.
Cons: For the price there is nothing I didn’t enjoy about this hotel. I’ll be back.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: The linens were the most comfortable of any hotel I have ever visited, and I have stayed at some of the world's most luxurious hotels. The TV has a huge screen and a supremely clear picture. 4K?? The location is very close to the rental car return agencies. Very clean. The only drawback was the check in. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. The first room I was assigned had soaking wet carpet from a recent shampoo. Instead of bringing me a key to another room I had to go down to the lobby again and wait for what seemed like an eternity for them to assign me a different room. The person at the front desk (Yolanda?) laughed when I explained the reason i had to change rooms. Then they had a lot of difficulty figuring out which rooms on the quiet side of the hotel had bath tubs. Once I got to the room however I was extremely comfortable and the room was super quiet. A/C could use a slight boost.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice, location felt safe. Staff was friendly. Pillows and blanket were goose down, very comfy.
Cons: $25 parking. You run into expensive parking so much in downtown San Francisco that it would have been nice to have lower or none there. The lounge staff, while friendly, seemed to need more staffing. It took a while to be greeted or get our bill. There was no fan in the bathroom so while showering it got very hot fast. They had to add on a hold for an extra $100 on my debit card, just because it was a debit. It's refundable but it has yet to be removed from my bank statement.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is easy to access and the quality of the rooms is very high. Not far from the city and really close to the airport Great view of the plane landing and taking off without the sound. very friendly staff
Cons: A bit on the high side for the price depending on the day you stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the convenience and ease for travelers. The pool- though small for serious workout, hot tub, and work out room is great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location,comfortable bed.
Cons: Airplane noise, exit gate didn't work
4.2 OK
Cons: Waterproof mattresses and broken fixtures? Can't believe Marriott puts their name behind this place.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nearby self-serve surface parking lot adjacent to the lobby made it easy to access our vehicle - which saved us time and was very convenenient. We were flying out of SFO the next morning. Staff was friendly. Rooms were in good shape and had recently been redone.
Cons: Not much. Prices in the restaurant were a bit high - but the food was very good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great Bed experience. I did not.mind being far from San Francisco since we had rented a car.
Cons: There was a used towel in our room when we checked.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Location is good
Cons: I love hotel and New England Lobster Marcket!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. They had fruit and candy out and everyone smiled and was helpful. It was wonderful.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Room furnishings were very nice and modern. Bed very comfortable. Loved the glass shower doors and bathroom amenities. Staff very friendly. Free airport shuttle very convenient. Overall great experience.
Cons: Tried express check-out via telephone and TV menu but neither worked. Had to checkout at front desk but luckily there was no wait. Would prefer express checkout.
7.6 Good
Cons: They could not accommodate my room and needs since booking.com made multiple mistakes in my order. For my inconvinance nothing special was offered or any type of discounts.

Pros: Great place to stay. Close to the SFO airport
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything but the bath tub

6.2 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, the cookies were good. Staff was attentive and friendly.
Cons: Tv channels would come in and out. The bed sheet didnt fit over the bed correctly so it would come apart all the time. Expected atleast the basics like the bedsheets to be on correctly. For the price it was just an ok stay. Be warned there is a parking charge to park overnight. I believe that was not stated in the descriptions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in went amazing and fast friendly service.
7.1 Good
Cons: Carpets need replacing.
5.7 OK
Pros: location is good and its quiet
Cons: wi-fi is horrible. Had trouble logging in and staying logged in. None of my devices worked appropriately. I called to have someone come up and they didn't (the DND was on the door for the maid but guessed they assumed that meant anyone, they could of called). Called again, they sent someone up. IT started working then stopped again. Didn't feel like having them come up again since they guy acted like it was in my imagination.
4.2 OK
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: We were on the 7th floor right outside of the maid's storage area and it was extremely noisy!!! It was like a war outside of our room every time they dropped something. It would seem they would stay quiet until checkout. I was attempting to take a nap and that didn't work. When we told the front desk, nothing...
4.5 OK
Pros: The staff was nice but I wasn't satisfied with the resolution of the problem. Will not stay there again.
Cons: Found a glass in the room with male bodily fluids. Staff moved us to a new room and offered free breakfast. The last thing we wanted to do was eat there. Would have liked a full refund.
6.5 Good
Pros: our room was clean and comfortable
Cons: the parking was $26.00 a day and the access to the hotel was inconvenient
8.0 Excellent
Pros: staff was amazing! warm cookies upon arrival! rooms were clean! room service was prompt! will be back for another stay!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room was a standard room, the kind of room I would expect at a Doubletree. The staff were always very helpful and cheery. Front desk was ready to answer any questions. The complimentary breakfast was great and much appreciated.
Cons: As a HHonors Diamond guest staying for six nights I would have expected a better room upgrade. Apart from a free bottle of water and a view of the bay there was little difference in my experience from what a non HH guest would expect. While this was primarily a leisure visit, we did spend three of four days working in our hotel room. Our work required internet access and we found the internet to be very unstable - frequntly unable to log in and get a decent signal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: i liked the fact that this hotel provides free parking wich is unusual in SFO, free wifi very clean and comfortable. great hotelbar.

Cons: Would have liked better selections at snack shop......fresh sandwiches, for instance
4.3 OK
Pros: Rooms were clean
Cons: I didn't like the fact that we were dropped off at the wrong location. After being tired from a long flight and the fact that we were on a time frame pissed me off even More. No where at the airport does it say to take the white or black shuttle. Just the hotel name. We even asked someone that worked at the airport and they guided us in the wrong direction. Wasn't the best way to start off our vacation.... The person at the front desk said the only way we could get to the correct Hapton inn was to wait 40 min for the next shuttle to take us back to the airport and get the "white" shuttle. How was I supposed to know what color shuttle to take? No where on any signs nor paper work did it say black or white shuttle. I was not. Going to waist my vacation going bAck and fourth to the Airport. I called the correct city old where the correct HAmpton's inn was And the lady could do nothing for me. And would not accommodate a taxi for the inconvenience we had to go through. I asked to speak to the manager in duty. Guess what? No manager or supervisor on duty either... What kind if business has no one supervising its employees? My husband was so frustrAted and just wanted to get to the right location, we ended up calling a cap and and to pay for a mistake that wasn't ours. Our cab driver even mentioned that we were the second family that day that he had to pick up and drop off at the right location. He said it happens all the time. With a all if the being said. My first time ever of going to San Francisco will probably be my last because that righ there ruined our vacation. Christina
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean and up to date room. Everything I needed. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I had a great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed! I was able to check in and request a priority of a quiet room, and that's what I got. Happy customer.

3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The only 2 things that I can say that we're positive about our stay was it was quiet, and nice pillows. Everything else was terrible. Every hotel near airport has free shuttle
Cons: Hidden parking costs, unfriendly front desk and uncomfortable small rooms. Don't believe the pics they posted (must be old pics) cause our room looked 20 years old...they don't mention it's 25.00 a day to leave your vehicle in the lot, weather you stay 1 night or are gone for 20
7.7 Good
Pros: Generally very clean Good water pressure Sample amenities in room Large, well-appointed gym Very close to SFO - convenient location
Cons: TV was old, not a great selection to watch Bed wasn't particularly comfortable Food OK but poor service in restaurant, especially breakfast No view to speak of - either looking over parking lot or highway though short walk to bay and parks
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms and gym area
Cons: they shouldn't charge for parking, it's expensive and my card never worke when I was trying to leave the parking lot
6.0 Good
Pros: Close to the airport. quite. On site restaurant.
Cons: Place is very short staffed. Only 2 persons at the desk at night with constant stream of the travelert checking in and checking out, plus non stop calls from rooms or about reservations... i waited in line for over 30 min just to check out!... No toothbrash/toothpaste in the room, which is a shame for an airport hotel and considering the price they charge for a night.
4.2 OK
Pros: Clean rooms nice bead
Cons: Foamy hot tub Could hear planes and the train thin walls Night staff yelled at me in phone never answered my questions and sent me to the auto corporate phone line very unprofessional I still booked a room spoke to manger about situation she said she’d get back to me before I left she didn’t ... shuttle driver was very rude as well next time I’ll stay at aloft just as cheap not hot tub but this places hot tub had so much foam I didn’t even use it cause seemed weird

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendliness of the reception and the early shuttle to the airport was very accommodating.
Cons: The shuttle took a long time to show up at the airport to pick us up. Something to work on it, apart from that i don't have much to comment on since i spend one night.
9.4 Excellent
Cons: The furniture fixtures and equipment is due for replacement.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like that we got a voucher for an American Buffet, so we didn't have to pay. We had our choice of waffles, scrambled eggs, an omlet made however we wanted, fruits and many other things. It was delicious and the servers were very nice and attentive.
Cons: The bed was not very comfortable that would be my only complaint.
4.5 OK
Cons: The AC required service, which we didn't know, until 0100. It was our last night, prior to returning home. The front desk didn't respond except to say they would have maintenance look at it the following day. Additionally, they offered no GOVERNMENT or military travel rates.
4.0 OK
Cons: Parking not included, outdated need manteinance

Pros: I did not see any bugs, and the breakfast was pretty good. I would say it the food was moderately above average, but the breakfast room was teeny tiny. Decent toiletries. Relatively friendly staff. Most of the furniture seemed on the newer side. It is very nice to be able to walk on the pathway behind the hotel.
Cons: Temperature.....The whole motel can either be on heat or cold, then you can choose to turn your fan on in your room if you want one of those temperatures. Since it was windy out, the motel choose heat during our stay. It must have been 80 degrees in our room with no circulation. The windows open but they open to the open air walkway that is not locked or guarded against anyone walking off the street. Aside from that, its pretty dirty, paint chipping, ceiling panels are broken or coming up. The wall paper was no longer attached to the wall and you can see all the holes in the walls where other pictures used to be. Also.... its incredibly noisy, since opening your window is the only way to get any air circulation if you are not choosing the same temp, you get to here lots of other guests... doing what we all know happens at motels by the airport. There seemed to be plenty of other decent hotels nearby, I would steer clear of this one unless you don't have a choice. LASTLY! The vending machine to the left of the office was out of stock, and the office staff knew it would just take your money and not give you any items. Luckily they told me but not the guy before me!
6.2 Good
Pros: The shuttle to/from the airport was nice and ran on time. I didn't get to experience the breakfast (it started at 6 AM and I headed to the airport at 5:30 AM) but it looked good enough.
Cons: There was definitely a lot of jet noise in my room but I was able to fall asleep without to many issues. The hotel is a dated motel-style layout with exterior hallways.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Situation
Cons: Bad smell, loud fan is always working
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good, staff was friendly, breakfast and Tuesday evening "meal" was good.
Cons: Room was a little dated and we could hear person walking in the room above us.
7.1 Good
Cons: Police arrested someone in the room next to mine at 11pm - quite scary.

Pros: Comfortable bed, good breakfast, clean, nice tv, free shuttle from the airport
Cons: I couldn't login to the WIFI
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Price was excellent, room was clean, provided ear-plugs due to proximity to airport but I could barely hear the planes without them. The shuttle was on time and delivered us right to our terminal. Overall an excellent experience.

Overview
Elegant home on a quiet street full of amenities and close to great shopping, dining and other attractions. A two minute walk to the KOHL MANSION.Wi-fi and 6 televisions with full house cable set-up. Burlingame is 10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to San Francisco or Silicon Valley (unless the Giants are playing and there’s traffic), less than 2 hours to Napa and less than 30 minutes to Pacifica or Half Moon Bay beaches. Lake Tahoe is three and half hours away unless it rains and there is traffic- whoops- it hasn't rained all year, so you’ll be fine. The enormous, light-filled living room has hardwood floors, a fireplace (ok, it’s nonworking, but it looks pretty) and french doors which lead out to a terrace. The formal dining room seats 10, there is a large butler’s pantry and a dangerously cozy den featuring a massage chair, 2 comfy couches and a flat screen. There is a full bath and bedroom downstairs, laundry room, breakfast area and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the hot tub in the back yard, and you can barbecue to your hearts content. It is usually not warm enough to eat outside, but you could get lucky. The master suite has a view of the bay, a television that drops down from the ceiling (so Austin Powers!), a large dressing room and a bathroom with tub and separate shower. There is an upstairs deck with a killer view- it’s a great spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass (or two or three) of wine. There are two additional bedrooms and baths upstairs. There is off street parking, a great deli at the end of the street and Burlingame is really an adorable town- be sure to check it out. I’m happy to help you plan your trip to the bay area, and offer a repeat renter discount, as long as you behave yourself the first time you stay.

6.0 Good
Pros: Quick check in and out, courteous staff, and the price was right.
Cons: However, hotel shuttle took almost 30 minutes to make the full trip between the Hilton and the international terminal. The bedding had some small stains and bathroom was not entirely clean.
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel feels like it has all of the upgraded tech and decor a geeky guy like myself want out of a hotel. It was clean, close to the airport, and didn't have any noise coming from any highways or streets.
Cons: We arrived late in the evening after a long flight to find our room wasn't ready. (at 12:30am) The front office manager said the floors had been cleaned that day, so it might feel a bit damn in the halls. Feeling tried we said Okay, and got our room key and went right to our room. The first thing we see is carpet fans scattered all over the room with every moveable piece of furniture stacked on our beds. It took another 45min to get our room switched for one that didn't have any fans, and we were questioned like we made the entire thing up. Only issue we had was the miscommunication from the office manager regarding the overnight parking. I was told it would only be $14 and I would have to use the parking machine in the garage. Well, the machine charges $20 for overnight, and I had actually already been charged $14 for parking on my room bill. So i paid for parking twice...We had to leave for the airport or I would have fought it.
6.5 Good
Cons: Everything is old and unrenovated, the area is a total dead zone, parking costs $20/day, and shower wouldn't drain.
7.1 Good
Pros: View. price.
Cons: The front desk staff ( the choppy short female) talked in a 'long' face, and had no patient to customer's questions.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very good, it has clean facilities and friendly staff. I recommend the hotel for anyone that needs to stay around the SF airport area.
Cons: I did not like the nightly parking fee. It should be included in the room price.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location to the airport, amazing views, modern vibe and look. Friendly staff! Big tvs!!
Cons: Dinner was expensive in the hotel. For what it was I should have eaten at McDonald's. $100 mistake.
4.5 OK
Cons: They charged extra fees.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Rooms are clean and well kept.
Cons: My friends left 4-5 messages for me but when I checked, I was told there were no messages left for me. So I didn't get to meet up with my friends. Pretty bad.
4.5 OK
Cons: The fire alarm went off at 5:00am and we had to walk down many flights of stairs. When we got to the lobby we were told it was a false alarm. After returning to the room to get some sleep before an international flight, the alarm kept going off every 15 minutes or so for the next 3 hours. This made for a stressful start to our vacation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We needed a place to stay near SFO that provided free airport shuttle. I found this hotel on Kayak, and while it was more than I had planned to spend for one night, it was worth it! The bed was so very comfortable - I didn't want to get out of it in the morning! The room was exquisitely appointed and the staff was very accommodating despite there being a very boisterous party off the lobby - which spilled into the lobby at times. The front desk staff handled a group of small children who were taking items from the Market Place behind the desk extremely well! Thank you so much!
Cons: More than I wanted to spend for a hotel room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, close to SFO.
Cons: Self parking fee. Looks a standard in the Bay Area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great price and nice accomodations for a decent price. Enjoyed the executive floor and it's amenities which were superb for what we paid. We will stay again if we're ever in need of an SFO airport hotel
