The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful, kind, courteous and respectful. The hotel does have a party vibe, but we found that you could either be a part of it or not. Lots of good entertainment for kids and adults. The villa hallways are very echoey and could get loud but with a good pair of earplugs I had no problems sleeping through noises.

Cons (-) The room we had needs to be revamped . The television is old, the bed was uncomfortable, sheets looked old and felt rough, the bathroom towels felt like sand paper

Pros (+) Quality of staff and service was outstanding! Nice pools and ocean view.
Cons (-) Food was the same everyday at the buffet and in most of the restaurants, not a lot of variety.
