Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's charming atmosphere, friendly and helpful service, and delicious breakfast offerings. Many found the historic setting and decor to be unique and memorable, with staff often going above and beyond to accommodate special occasions and requests. However, several guests noted challenges with the hotel's location, including difficult access, steep slopes, and limited parking or shuttle options. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few mentioned issues with plumbing or room comfort. Overall, the positives of attentive service and a beautiful atmosphere stood out most.
