Pros (+) The staff were soooo kind and accommodating!! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the room and that they had an indoor pool. I can't say enough about the kind staff and cleanliness though:)
Pros (+) The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very nice and polite at all times. There were many things available like a 24 hour mini store for things you need or forgot today pack. The breakfast was included and actually had an excellent selection.
Cons (-) Painfully slow elevator. The finishes are still nice and clean but the patterns are dated. The bathroom in the room I was in had a broken and badly repaired shower wall. The air conditioner was a standard hotel air conditioner that is very efficient at cooling, but they do a bad job of drying out the room.
