Staff was friendly & helpful. Agent didn't have the exact car I reserved but gave a modest upgrade for same price. His manager tried to step in & upgrade me on some "don't you want to be a baller in that Infiniti" nonsense, but the agent more or less ignored him and did not pressure me at all.Cons:
Get the manager to not be so obvious about trying to persuade people to upgrade, especially when you haven't interacted with a customer to read his energy. Otherwise, excellent experience.2.0 Poor
