Cons: The service was painfully slow, unhelpful and unfriendly. The car was FILTHY! The employees wanted to close up shop and did not want to do a walkaround inspection. I stood outside the locked door until someone came out and demanded one. Clearly we had received a smoked in car, not at all cleaned out.

Cons: They didn't have a car for me when I arrived! Had to call Enterprise to come pick me up!
Pros: Pick up and drop off went smoothly. Ended up with an upgrade for free, which was much better than downsizing because our trip was epic long. Car was clean.
Cons: I have yet to be credited for $300 and it has been over the time the agent said my account would see the funds. I am sure it will sort but being that I am on vacation I would have preferred not to have to inquire and follow up.

Cons: The address provided was the wrong one. The 800 customer service number then sent me to ANOTHER wrong address. The agents at the desk simply kept repeating that I was at the wrong location. I ended up not renting the car. HORRIBLE customer service, will never use again.
