Good thing i did not have to use the windshield wipers. The window cleaner they used left a film on the windshield. It was very dangerous. I did not have to fight a wet road and spray thank God. I told them about it.

Staff at pick up was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Staff at drop off attempted to indicate I had not picked the car up with 1/2 tank of gas and tried to make me go away to fill it when I returned it 3/4 full. I had a flight to catch and drop off was unnecessarily delaying.

Pros:

Yes, except it was difficult to find them. Drove around the parking lot of the hotel and didn't see their office. Finally went into the hotel lobby and was told where they were in the building.

Cons:

The car I picked up had not been cleaned...it was filthy. I was told that if I could get it detailed for $20-30 that they would reimburse me for it. It just seemed unacceptable to give me a car that had not been cleaned since the last renter. Good thing I had sanitizing wipes with me that I used on all the surfaces I was using. Never have I rented a car that was filthy before.
