They wouldn’t let me rent a car. My cc was compromised and even though I had 2 forms of government ID, a credit card with my name on it, 2 credit cards in Apple Pay, and my husbands credit card, they wouldn’t let me rent the car because the only physical card I had with my name on it I wasn’t able to use because the bank deactivated it for security concerns and mailed me a new one. Enterprise was not nice about it and I was stranded at the airport as I was needing to get to Maine.Reviewed 3 Aug 2024

Associates and staff were awesome. Problem was with the car. 1) There were numbers written with marker paint on windows that they didn’t take off, 2) there were wipes, a bottle and chip bag left in front passenger seat, 3) the car smelled like cigarettes smoke and 4) the left back tired air pressure was low they warning alerts were on the whole time in car until I pumped it before returning. The associate said that it’s possible due to weather and I took her word for it. She did offer to have the other staff to take a look but at that point, we were already at the gate and about to head out. Drove from Boston to Worcester with the air pressure warning the whole time in the rain and on the highway. Thank goodness no problems at all.Reviewed 9 Jul 2024

Pros:The staff was friendly and professional at both Boston and Trenton. I encountered some issues locating the proper pick up and drop off locations, otherwise everything went fine.Cons:A better description of the pickup location (in this case, which floor and building at Logan Airport) and how to drop off the car (in this case, that you have to get a ticket at the Trenton Airport parking lot and then bring it, the keys, and the mileage to the counter)Reviewed 23 Dec 2020

Pros:The staff at the drop off and pick up were excellent. Very friendly and helpful.Cons:When I picked up the car the "Low Tire Pressure" light was on. I figured I would just add air to the tire, when I got to my destination. The next day the tire pressure was down to 16lbs of pressure. I observed a slow leak in the tire. I then drove to the Enterprise office, where they told me they had no other cars to give me. The Enterprise employee (who was very helpful) arranged for a car to be towed from another facility. After sitting in the car and waiting for three hours the car arrived. I don't blame the employee, she was excellent. I can't believe that Enterprise depletes inventory of vehicles, in case something occurs. If this occurred after hours, no vehicle would have been provided until the next day.Reviewed 15 Dec 2020
