It would better if Fox didn't require to use credit card... and $500 deposit just for a rental that is ridiculousReviewed 24 Jun 2025

Good experience overall. Confusing to find your way back to the rental center. Not Fox issue.Reviewed 16 Dec 2024

Drop off was horrible. I was yelled at by the man checking cars in told me I couldn’t leave the car where I left it, but I was unable to back up and it was a lane clearly marked fox returns. I’ll never rent from fox again.Reviewed 11 Sept 2024

We reserved a car in my partners name and paid for it with a credit card in my name. But when we got there they would not allow us to have a car because the card name and the driver name had to match. And they couldn’t change the name on the reservation. So we had to cancel and do a new reservation which took quite a bit of time.Reviewed 12 Apr 2024

I was charged twice for this rental! I was charged by car rentals.com for pre payment at time of reservation and again at time of rental $527.27. Now they are both pointing the finger at each other as to who will do the right thing and refund me. I’m going to see if my CC company can help meReviewed 21 Mar 2024
