Pros: Steve & Mandy were so helpful. I had to arrive late from the airport and they left a key out and made it so easy for me. The room was gorgeous, very tastefully furnished and with a super comfy bed. Great bathroom. All immaculately clean with proper sized towels! Magnificent breakfast. They had gone to the trouble of getting gluten free bread for me and nice veggie sausages! Then Steve dropped me up to the bus. I will definitely be back to one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.
Cons: Nothing negative.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff did their best but hotel overrun with families for the weekend. Not our idea of a relaxing weekend break.
Cons: Breakfast was inedible, bar was overrun, gym was overly busy. Not the fault of the hotel but had Kayak provided them with our contact details then they could have warned us and we could have changed our plans.
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly service and convenient location for Bristol Airport
Cons: Steep steps - (couldn't be helped)
5.3 Okay
Pros: convenient location. Nearness of a restaurant.
Cons: Corridors were dark and cold. Rooms very basic
7.3 Good
Pros: We only stayed one night and arrived late but the reception was welcoming and had a great night's sleep due to the absolute silence and nice cool room with a big bed. The view from the restaurant was stunning and we almost wished we could stay longer.
Cons: On arrival at 1.30am we didn't expect so many steps up to reception. It is not as close to the airport as we had imagined.
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent hotel. Good breakfast. Clean and well fitted room.
Cons: If you book don't stay in Room 5/6. Right outside is the kitchen extractor which comes on early in the morning. Very noisy.Hairdryer in room not working.
6.7 Good
Pros: the best bit only 15 minutes from bristol airport. the room we stayed in was a little tired and could be redecorated. i've had better food in similar style hotels. staff very friendly, pleasant location in countryside
6.4 Good
Pros: Friendly staff and overall good value for money. Food in adjoining Sidcot Arms was very good.
Cons: A rather dingy bedroom. Lighting in the room is very poor. Could have been cleaner. We checked in at almost 4pm and the room was not ready for occupation despite the online information saying that rooms would be available from 2pm. We were then allocated another room.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast - friendly staff. Close to Bristol Airport
Cons: Poor shabby room, room was cold, shower was weak. No facilities for smokers - just a bucket at the end of the car park!
6.4 Good
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Good supper, excellent breakfast.
Cons: Kids sofa bed uncomfortable.
4.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: Car park not well lit at night. Shower did not work properly. Designated smoking area a complete joke - One parking space was used in the car park with a broken umbrella on a table again difficult to find. This space was about 25 yards from the hotel, yet there is a decked area that is on the outside of the hotel which could easily have been used especially as other premier inns that we have stayed in have more user friendly smoking areas set up. Even a member of staff looked embarrassed and agreed that it was in the wrong place. There was no atmosphere and the guy who booked us in had a habit of talking at us and not with us and had a look of a disapointed sales man who had just lost a sale! The view from the bedroom window was non existent - a 4ft wall with trees imeediatley behind left the room dark
7.6 Good
Pros: Staff very helpful
Cons: Bar shut at 11pm
