Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and poor maintenance. However, the staff received praise for being helpful and accommodating, especially for first-time visitors and families. The location near Egmore station and metro was frequently highlighted as a positive, making it convenient for travel and access to restaurants. Value for price was generally viewed negatively, with several guests feeling the hotel did not meet expectations for the cost. Overall, while service and location stood out, cleanliness and value were major concerns.
