Really impressed with this hotel. Friendly staff, good food, and great location, Close to public transportation. A little outdated but still very charming. Only complaint would be always having to wait for the elevators.

Pros (+) Everyone was ver professional. Rooms were very clean nice remodeling.
Cons (-) You need to tell customers that they need to pay to park. Additional 45- 75 dollars to park was very disappointing and the butler food service was awful and completely messed up. You need to get better food service for room service.

Pros (+) Lounge, entrance.
Cons (-) 1st room constantly smelled like someone was smoking in our room, so the front desk switched our room (which was nice). Only one elevator working, long waits.

Pros (+) Zero natural light , facing a wall .. I was told all rooms that are not suites are like this and face a wall . Long is beautiful but rooms are just mediocre
Cons (-) Very dark rooms. No desks . Bad value . For the same price you can stay at much nicer hotels

Pros (+) This was our second stay at the Talbott. It has a great location, the rooms are large, and the staff is welcoming and efficient. We particularly like the cozy parlor areas with fireplaces.
Cons (-) There was nothing we did not like.

Pros (+) We loved the location and the staff
Cons (-) Never received maid service without calling for the three days we stayed there. Disappointed I had to pay $4 for coffee in the morning. Should have a coffee bar out early in the lobby. Would be nice to have a fitness room in the hotel.
