I had to add liability to the rental since Priceline/kayak didn’t offer it. On balance hertz was fine but kayak didn’t save me a lot. Bait and switch.

Cons:

I was double charged by the online company that I found through your website. They then told me they would not give me credit for the extra charge. I had to ask my credit card company to cancel payment.

Pros:

Staff was awful. Car wasn’t ready for an hour. And when I returned it. The staff was saying that I shouldn’t expect any gold benefits because it’s going bankrupt anyway.

Cons:

The pick up took longer due to a women in front of me having issues wither her car and my car also was not ready by my pick up time. The tire pressure signal came on almost immediately after picking up the rental.

Pros:

The staff really Did their best to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle and their service

Cons:

They did not have the car I reserved for me because they were busy. My pickup wait time was about an hour. The tire pressure light was in the whole drive to LA. Then on the drive down a notice for an oil Change came up. There also wasn’t any wiper fluid.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and car was fantastic.

Cons:

They did not have the car I reserved (a mini van), so I got an SUV and it cost a lot more. It would have been nice to get some kind of offer of a concession.

Talia (the woman who checked me in on Thursday evening 7/2) was an absolute pleasure.

Cons:

Being able to select for all wheel drive on the platform would be helpful. Car delivery would be awesome as well.
