The pickup experience was terrible. We waited in line for more than 2 hours and they seemed very understaffed. However, we got a very nice car despite paying for the cheapest one and were very happy with the car as well as the drop off experience.

Due to a pandemic, I was not able to travel and your policy did not permit me to cancel or request a refund. Terrible business practices.

Cons:

That you recognized that the world is in its worst pandemic since 1917 and offered the opportunity to cancel and request a portion of a refund.
