The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, but the air conditioner unit are really loud. I thought the room was good and clean Way too expensive and the pool is crowded
Location and beach Room made up late in the day sometimes a problem
Place is clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. The food was excellent.
Great location. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like us we had to end our vacation.
I enjoyed the location, pool, and on site Starbucks bar Hallway carpets were dirty and stained, room wasn't completely cleaned (dust around certain areas, empty candy wrappers next to bed). No place to hang your towel in bathroom. Some noise was around the hotel in the afternoon when my 3 yr old was taking her nap.
I liked the closeness to the beach and shopping/ restaurants. I also enjoyed the beach bar and restaurant. I did not like the poorly cleaned and outdated rooms. The pillows and beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. For $400 I would have loved to stay at a way nicer hotel.
The location was amazing, right on the beach. Everything was in close walking distance including restaurants, shopping and pier 60. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. Perfect for weddings, a family adventure or a friends trip. Would recommend to anyone!
location was excellent very friendly give me for free drink tickets and parking was $11 a day and if you valet parked it was $20 a day everything is in walking distance very reasonable on prices the beaches were excellent I couldn't say anything bad about this hotel everybody was really friendly I asked for a second bed and they headed up there within the hour and did not charge me for it you get a $20 resort C which includes your towels + 2 free bottles of water a day you have a refrigerator in the room I would go down to the store can buy a case of water in your shoulders and put them in the refrigerator that helps a lotthere is a Walgreens and a CVS Pharmacy
I loved the location! The beach was right there and everything was in walking distance The hidden fees they hit you with!
I like the fact it was behind the beach and it had a beach bar. I didn't like the fact my porch was dirty with bird poop. I asked the front desk if they can send someone to clean the porch but nobody ever arrived to clean porch. The access to the internet was a bit slow.
Beds super comfortable - Staff very attentive and always helpful! Food selection and quality poor- not on par with resort or Hilton name.
The views of clearwater beach and surrounding area from our balcony were great!!! The hot tub as the sun is setting is fantastic and the restaurant prices are very reasonable and compare to other restaurants in the area. The towels are free for the beach but an umberella and 2 chairs for the day is $27!!!!! Abit of a rip off as its too hot to sit there without some shade.
Plenty of complimentary parking, no issue parking arriving late several nights. Check in was fantastic. There was a brief rush of individuals checking in at the same time, but the clerk was very professional courteous and very very expeditious. The room was very clean and up to date. The breakfast was very good. The checkout process was a breeze. Will stay here again in the future. Having to leave.
Spacious room and clean Exceptional free breakfast Staff was outstanding
The location was good. They served nice breakfast for all. They had a tray of ice ready to go in freezer didn't have to go hunt it down. There was plenty of space in the room. We enjoyed the pool There was one elevator which was not close to all the parking. Waited both times at the check in desk to check in and ask for more pillows.
Excellent location to the beach and majors high way. Room is very beautiful, confortable, and nice bed. Friendly personal. Control the flood during pouring rain. Water was everywhere on Saturday night when I was there. Breakfast needs to be more professional and good quality coffee. Plus, add more news papers.
the people was friendly the room smelled smokey
Good hotel. Quiet, Large an clean rooms. Well located. Sober personal. We would appreciate more smiles. Very limited breakfast.
Not much. Room OK. Internet was acceptable (but staff not helpful in instructions to connect to it.) Bathroom clean but toilet was loud for a long time following flushing. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Pool was not heated and grounds were not kept up. For $4 per night more stayed at a hotel with warm breakfast buffet and heated pool!
Wonderful, personable, helpful gentleman greeted us on our early evening arrival. Attractive lobby, clean outdoor areas. Felt safe. Rooms were clean & comfortable - the second one being nicer than the first. Having a fridge was great. Continental breakfast was ok. Barteneder was friendly. A malfunctioning door mechanism caused us to call for assistance our first morning just to leave the room. We were relocated to another room,so that the door could be repaired. The 'sleep number' beds are new to us; somewhat noisy, frustrating and not that comfortable. The pillows were either flat like cardboard, or overstuffed - neither good for sleeping. The shower faucet did not seem to shut off properly-wasting water. The fan in shower was extremely noisy. Due to the 60 degree weather, hard to regulate room temp - either heat or ac needed. Would like to have been able to open a window. Having a 'continental breakfast' included was going to be a bonus, but there was no yogurt, fresh fruit, or good coffee. Liquid 'tar' with hot water just is not good coffee. Hate styrofoam plates, cups - not environmentally friendly. Does your hotel chain attempt to recycle ?
Spacious room with fridge, microwave and comfortable chairs. Easy parking. Nice pool with provided towels and sun loungers. Breakfast was awful, breakfast area looked dirty and quality of food and drinks poor.
nice Hotel for a good price nothing was bad
very quiet and had the swimming pool to ourselves, easy free parking, free continental breakfast included ,both myself & my husband agree that the meal bought in the bar/restaurant was one of the best we had eaten breakfast was very sparce & not set out very well, but at least it was included & free
It is nice, clean, well placed with a comfortable room. The jacuzzi did not always work and breakfast is really basic.
friendly staff, room clean, free parking, computer with internet available for free in business corner, breakfast,
Nice room, comfortable bed, free wireless Continental
Excellent pool and beach Bathrooms are on the small side
Very friendly and accomodating staff. Loved it.
Enjoyed the location - Easy access to the beach, umbrellas and padded lounge chairs available for $25.00/day. We saw beautiful sea life (starfish, a baby octopus!, dolphins, pelicans, live shell dwellers) but no jellyfish and no sharks at all while we were there. Debbie, our Beach Concierge, brought us great sandwiches made upon order by the hotel chef for $10.00 each and she told us stories, answered all of our questions about the hotel and the area, helped us celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary -- She Was Wonderful! The hotel is clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had a wonderful experience. Our room had a partial view of the beach and it overlooked the tennis courts. It wasn't ideal but it was nice. Our room smelled a little musty and it was located near the laundry/vending/ice machines which were all very noisy and used frequently. There was about half an inch of space at the bottom of our door to the hallway so we heard all of the noises from the hallway very easily. The room was a typical hotel room but the bed was very comfortable. And it's nothing that the hotel can control but the municipal water there is very soft and it feels like you're still soapy even though you're clean so it takes some adjustment to get used to.
Friendly and very helpful staff. The pool was too crowded and some guests were allowed to place towels on the beds to keep them reserved and didnt show up the whole day at times. THis should not have been allowed by staff.
I liked the bed itself. It was good for sleeping. The front desk was a mess. 4 people working it, but still a line of 5 people. I asked for another night in my room and was told there was no way. I asked for a room with a good view and a balcony. I got a view. And a balcony. FACING A TREE AND THEIR MAIN ENTRANCE WITH THE PARKING LOT TO THE SIDE. How romantic....
Very comfortable, clean, excellent friendly and helpful staff We've stayed many places, and this was truly the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and staff service.
Nice beach front location Rooms were dated. We had a view of the roof and building across from that which wasn't part of our beach get away plans.
We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Sand Key. I was notified via text to check in early and request any preferences for our room. I was given an easy access room on a quiet floor and a ton of extra pillows, as I requested them because I am pregnant. The staff was super accommodating right from the beginning! The room we stayed in was updated, clean, and had a great shower. The resort is beautiful with the option of the pool and the beach available. My husband and I just pulled pool chairs out onto the sand past the volleyball courts and it was peaceful and quiet, and very relaxing! The beach is beautiful to swim, and walk along for sunsets. The food at the hotel is great too! A great place for families and couples alike, hard to find! i highly recommend!!!
well placed for our beach holiday with plenty of sunbeds around pool area. Rustys restaurant very good. Upgraded to an ocean view which was great. Thought the Sunlongers/sunshades on the huge private beach should be complimentary to guests !
Excellent service, clean rooms, friendly staff, use pool all night (that's a big plus), resort-like hotel Nothing bad at all. Book with confidence, I so would stay at this relaxing hotel. (I guarantee you you won't find a better one around.
We loved the ocean view and the rooms were nice despite the size. Everything was clean. As many others have said, the walk to the beach is a jaunt and the weekend we were visiting there had recently been a storm so the walkway was flooded with two plus feet of water. The beach itself was not altogether delightful- run down and dirty. We spent the weekend at the pool which felt very small and overcrowded. At the snack at we purchased a refillable cup only the find after drinking that there were ants in the soda line so our cup was full of dead and dying ants. Our purchase was not refunded.
Beds were too firm Pillow were uncomfortable
We loved the room and view of the pool deck. The location is adjacent to a pristine beach, the beach walk and not far from shopping, dining and transportation. My wife got a shell massage at the Sandiva Spa, which she said was very nice and worth the expense. Our ice maker in our fridge didn't work, but the staff was helpful, fixed it quickly and brought us a bag of ice. The hotel dining was also very good. There were plenty of options, local flavors and the food was delicious. There was nothing, that I noticed or experienced, that detracted from our short vacation. It's an upscale resort in a resort town. So the hallway carpeting is worn and wrinkling, and there are nicks and scuffs here and there. If you're the type of person for whom perfection is your expectation, then stop here. You're better off building your own perfect resort from scratch. Save this one for the rest of us.
Excellent food! Pool was not overcrowded, even on a holiday weekend. We were able to find a chair, no matter the time of day. Beautiful hotel. Friendly, gracious staff. Beds were comfy and we had more than enough pillows. Technically, the beach is across the street. But we had great views of the beach and the harbor, especially from the upper floors.
Pool view of ocean. Loud construction noise outside room starting at 730 am. Not worth $400/night to have to put up with that. No bar/lounge.
My room was more than satisfactory, boasting incredible water views from every angle of the large balcony. Inside the room, I felt surrounded by elegance from the crisp white linens on the large king sized bed to the high end furniture choices used to compliment the large kitchenette. The bathroom was luxurious and spacious, perfect for relaxation after a long day on the adjacent white sand beaches. The staff, particularly my wait staff at Shor; Aki and Nate, as well as my bartender, Krystin; made me feel right at home as if I had known them for a lifetime. With their pleasant welcome and eagerness to make my vacation as enjoyable as possible, it was easy to see why this resort is so highly rated. I will most definitely arrange for another stay soon to revisit this beautiful resort and its amazing staff and will be sure to recommend the Hyatt Regency in the future.
the facility was amazing and so was the pool the sheets were not changed in our hotel in 10 days. the hotel doenst have its own housekeeping staff it looks like. every day was a different maid.
Staff excellent!!!! Fixed my problem with a bonus. Love those guys at the Hyatt...Worth every pretty penny! My reservation from Bookit.com did not arrive in time for my arrival. I waited in embarrassment for 45 min while trying to solve the problem over the phone. The manager took care of the problem later. I will never book a res with Bookit.com again!!!
The room was clean, updated, and spacious. The balcony overlooked the harbor and view was great. Each morning we enjoyed the continental breakfast before we walked across the street to the beach
Great hotel and staff! everyone very helpful. excellent location for everything very close to town and the beach was right across the street. only thing we didn't like was the breakfast not enough protein choices almost everything was very high in carbs but everything else was great
The location was phenomenal and the rooms were clean. The front desk staff and front desk manager were awful. I had two reservations under my name and they originally jad one on the 6th floor and one on the 9th. The check in agent then wanted to imprint my credit card and had a stack of inprinted cards on the desk. I did not feel that was safe and refused which then turned into an issue. There are two elevators for 10 floors and one is shared with housekeeping. You have to use your keycard to go up and it doesn't work half the time. For your money I would suggest booking elsewhere.
The hotel is new any so the rooms and facilities are in good order. The inclusive breakfast was basic and the reception staff indifferent.
Loved the 10th floor bar, Jimmy's, for watching the sunset. Have good bartenders & a tasty frozen drink & beer menu. Friendly staff, free continental breakfast, very nice rooms, lots of towels, & comfy beds. Awesome views of harbor or beach (depending on which side you're on) . . . Harbor view rooms have balconies. Good business center, free Wi-Fi. All parking is coversed & is $16.00 per day but it's come & go. Very reasonable & convenient as City parking lots get very full in the evening. Highly recommend, great, fun place to stay. All in all 4.7 stars out of 5. No balconies on beach side rooms.
Several bars, a nightclub, and a stage with live music and a dance floor all in one resort. It also has a pool, hot tub, and a small private beach. Also walking distance to several restaurants and shops. I wish I could have stayed longer (not really a negative comment about the resort, just wish I had a lower vacation)
Very friendly staff Didn't liked it it was in the beach and the pool and Jacuzzi was cold
I liked everything about this Hotel, the room, the cleanliness and the location. The icing on the cake was the live band on the deck, the club downstairs and the bar overlooking Clearwater beach. Now I know where to stay when I'm in Tampa. Nothing, everything was an A+
Location and amenities are great! Valet was also great and they were friendly and fast Being placed in the room directly above the club. I requested a higher floor to be away from the club and its noise until 3am
Loved the showers!! We stayed in fort Myers at a condo, then due to bad weather we decided to head to Clearwater. Best decision ever! Took the key west express for a couple days and came right back to shepards! We will definitely be back! The elevates were slow... Took forever to get on one depending on the time of day. We mostly used the stairs.
The new renovations and the friendly staff That the only way to park your car was through valet
The staff were very friendly. The hotel smelled like salt water, which, I realize is most likely due to its close proximity, however other places I've stayed did not have that issue. This place is solidly just ok. Not great, but not terrible. A younger, less pampered traveler probably would have been thrilled by the accommodations.
Really enjoyed the overall hotel. Beach is small but nice. Pool is very enjoyable. Lots of bars that included specials. Hotel room was very clean. Hotel made our stay easy and fun. We did find ants in our bathroom but didn't see it as a big deal, simply took care of it ourselves.
The rooms were very spacious and clean. The view from our balcony was if the beach and the club beneath us. The pool was very clean. On Sunday's they reserve it for hotel guests only......as far as the night club, they play a lot of techno but on Sundays they changed it up. Ohhh I almost forgot about the cheap drink specials. You cannot beat a 2 dollar drink. The resort was awesome all in all. You never need to leave the premises. But if you don't like loudness at night in your room from the music, ask to not stay on the same side as the club. Although there were no reserve seats at the pool. People did it.
Music was outstanding! The staff was extremely friendly! Beautiful view! Beach chairs should be free as a guest.
ocean front - fantastic view, looking new / well maintained property, friendly staff very limited vegetarian food options, water and ice was not available in the pantry many times. did not see cookies even once. instead of charging a fee for the 3rd bicycle, you could provide something similar to Hyatt's Wheel Fun Rentals. You could challenge yourself with providing food and drinks at competitive price
The view was amazing best location on the beach also free bottled water on each floor Rooms were decent and comfortable but not resort luxury, to many kids running around felt like I was at a kids resort, resort fee covers fresh fruit never had any out on my floor in the pantry they have call ahead valet so it creates congestion with the cars and your stuck and can't leave .... Utter confusion
The location is close to the beach and the attractions. Walking or bicycling is not a problem and everything is relatively convenient. The rooms were clean and neat. This was our second stay here. Both times haven't been bad. The staff is relatively friendly, though not too talkative. The bed was terrible with a huge hump in the middle. The first time we stayed here, the bed was decent. Don't know what happened this time! :(
Extremely noisy. Beds are hard as a rock. If you want any sleep at all, stay somewhere else.
I loved how close it was to the beach and fishing. There were bars near by, and a good crud of people. I did see nor run into ant A holes. The beach is perfect. I only paid $80 per night but this was in oct not the middle of summer. I'm sure the hotel coast way more any other time. The hotel was old/ extremely out of date. The only new thing was the tv.
The location is vreat and the prices are even better.
They were accommodating to us and quickly moved us to a new room when the lock on our original room had difficulties. Room was mostly clean other than a few hairs on the bathroom floor. The bed was pristine. Good location and good view from the front window. Not a bad hotel for the price. Though the view was decent, it is from the front window which is usually kept shut by people for privacy. We were under the impression it was a balcony view that we would be able to enjoy. The shower was terrible, it was probably the worst shower I've ever been in, there was never good pressure.
The location is good but this hotel is VERY dated. It's more of a spring-break style hotel. The images online were very misleading. First of all, the hotel looks nothing like the images pictured online. Secondly, our room was weird with a hodgepodge of furniture, (the two double beds were different sizes and styles). It just felt cheap.
Nothing There was mold all over the place, bodily fluids on the bedding, the desk clerk was extremely rude, we were locked out of our room after complaining about the hotel, the hotel is nothing like its described online: it's in the ghetto, not on the beach at all, the rooms are tiny. It's nasty!
The location was great The cleanliness of the bathroom was very unsatisfactory. Our towels had body hair in them and the shower was disgusting and have no water pressuse at all. The bed was very worn and had a huge slump in the middle of the mattress, we only slept 3 hours in total. When we approached management they were rude and disconcerted. We will not be visiting this hotel again.
Close to the beach. Easily accessible. Beds were not very comfortable. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud and walls were so thin we could hear the people in adjacent rooms talking.
The location. It was in walking distance of everything! No breakfast and wifi was hard to connect to
staff helpful, beach towels and chairs provided Funky smell in room like old body oder
Friendliness of staff, always willing to make things better if they could. Location is right on beach which made acess real easy.. Beautiful scenery. I didn't like that the book in the room providing information was not up to date. For example the vending machines are listed on the 6th floor, they are no longer any macines. Also the phone extension to place room service for late night food is incorrect . Please update . I would also extend hours for restaurant in the afternoon if possible. Add a snack shop or extend the hours of the coffee shop to at least 11 or 12 pm
The luxury begins as soon as you walk through the front doors. The Sandpearl is a great resort with huge beautifully appointed lobby, fantastic swimming pool, convenient bar/restaurant with poolside service and gorgeous gulf front view. My wife and I went for a four day trip to celebrate our anniversary. The location could not be better as there are plenty of things to do within walking distance. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to visit. I also suggest renting bikes to tour the island. The staff could not have been more helpful and we even received chocolate covered strawberries one evening. What a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay there again should we come back with the kids. The resort is very kid friendly with the huge pool and organized activities. Nothing
Well planned activities and kids club Right in the heart of Clearwater Beach Enough staff and services to accommodate all guests without feeling rushed or crowded - even with a full resort Security to keep the private beach and pool areas from being invaded by neighboring spring breakers Spa amenities left something to be desired - although the massage itself was great No shower or changing area near pool - we checked out but spent the whole day at the resort since our flight was in the late evening. When we were done enjoying the pool and beach - there was no where for us to change or shower prior to departure to the airport. Only 2 restaurants on property - decent quality - nothing special The resort is not very secluded - it's right in the heart of Clearwater
The pool and access to the beach was out of this world. Service was good and room was clean and had all of the amenities. Very family friendly (probably not the spot for a adults weekend). Food options could have been better.
The hotel was very nice. The lobby and rooms were very well appointed with very friendly staff. The pool could have been slightly larger as it did get somewhat crowded.
The hotel was amazing !! Loved everything
As a woman traving alone, I felt comfortable and welcomed whether walking on the beach, dining at the restaurant, or sipping coffee in the beautiful lobby. I would return to this well appointed property with my husband or friends.
A pair of women's panties were found between sheets on the first day
Attentiveness of the staff was the most outstanding feature. Food was also exceptionally good. Couldn't get the WiFi to work, and the staff couldn't help. The resort fee was pretty much wasted on me, as it rained for my entire stay. This hotel is a good hour from all the places I needed to go.
Location They tried to charge a "resort fee" of $25 per room per night to cover "amenities" such as pool towels, a newspaper, small bottle of water in the room, down service, business and fitness facilities, and other minor incidentals that all major hotels provide for at no charge. I had them remove that charge from our bill. We will not stay there again or anywhere where they try to nickel and dime you at every turn. No self parking - and valet charge was $22 per day. This is in the off season and an outrageous cost.
The room was clean and smells good, very close to the air port The room is away to small, the is no room service, there is no safe in the room, the bistro open for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night, it's more like motel that want to be hotel I don't think it worth the full amount :/
Very friendly staff! No other mirrors beside the bathroom sink! My computer would not accept the wifi connection, said security risk.
We arrived and checked right in went to our nice very large room and was able to relax with plenty of towels for all of us. We just came from Disney World to spend a relaxing day at the beach and so I needed to do a load of laundry, there is only one washer and one dryer so it took a little while since the dryer takes a little long and I had to wait for some else to finish. I did only have cash and the desk was so helpful in being able to change it for a roll of quarters! The beds are comfy and bathroom is large. The breakfast was better then any other hotels we have been to and had a huge variety to choose from. It is about 30 mins from any beach and we had already choosen Fort Desoto cause we heard it was nice and not crowded and they were right! It was a nice day. There is only a couple of fast food places around like a Chick-fil-a but that worked for us and there is a couple shopping centers and Restaurants about 12 mins away. Check out was quick and easy! We will bs staying here next time we come for the price and the comfort this place offers! Only one washer and dryer but it was not the end of the world
Bed was really comfortable. The Market was a bit pricey!!
The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Loved the mini fridge and little kitchenette area. Bathroom was spotless and shower pressure was amazing! Bed was very clean and comfortable. the hotel is a convenient distance to St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. The first night I was there my friend left 40 bucks on a table. I forgot to grab it the next day before I left and when I returned that evening, my room had been serviced and the money was missing. I blame myself for not picking it up but it was disappointing to have it stolen by the staff. Right by the St. Pete airport and the airplane noise overhead was a little much in the mornings.
We enjoyed the breakfast and the Computer Internet Access
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable with easy access to town and attractions. Did not like the lack of tables and chairs in the breakfast room, found on occasions standing with long wait. There was NO fresh fruit with poor arrangement of the breakfast machines that made the guests congregate while waiting for food being chosen. The waffle machine should be placed at the end of the food line allowing guests to move quickly. The WiFi was inconsistent and sometimes useless.
Pillows are too hard
The pool was nice and quiet. breakfast was good and hot. The hotel was well off from all other hotels. You can't walk out the hotel and go the beach. You have to drive 20 minutes to get what's right in front of you
rooms were cleanot free breakfast outdoor pool great customer service experience from front desk, maintenence and breakfast staff. great location to everything including beach. one of the night staff did not seem to love his job. older guy. our account brook and they fixed it by the time I came back from breakfast.
proximity to Tropicana Field We got no sleep all night. The room was of such poor construction that it sounded as if the people above us were stomping all night. It woke my children up it was so loud, and neither I nor my wife could sleep. We could never stay in such a loud room.
Best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Very pleasant staff. Liked the room so much we stayed another night. Would stay here again.
The amenities No
Great Staff. They were running behind in having room ready and did a great job of making it all right
Plenty of room Parking
Nice spacious room, nice decor, friendly staff, awesome breakfast Sticky kitchen floor.

Close t the airport. Liked the rooms.
Rooms were big and comfortable. Hot breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful
Love the pool and outdoor area. Staff was awesome and the breakfast is really good! Rooms are a bit dated and we encountered a couple of german roaches in the kitchen. However, for the price, we were very happy with our stay.
Great Hotel, very happy!
checked in late but the hotel had upgraded us and the room was awesome. The staff was kind & informative. Location was perfect 15 minutes from everything. Definitely would go back to the hhotel.
The staff was nice and very helpful. I will definitely be going back. The suite itself was gorgeous. I had a great time!
Size of the room Breakfast was not good, housekeeping was on a limited basis because of the holiday, so we had to request towels and didn't receive enough toiletries because we stayed more than one night. Beds were hard, sofa bed was intolerable.
Everything was great. Can't think of anything.
The breakfast was ok We stayed at the Homewood Suites By Hilton in Orlando the night before. Loved our stay, room, beds, cleanliness,ect... As for the Clearwater location. The room was tighter and smelled. Also the frig was in an awkward position hard to open. Sofa bed

Great staff and clean rooms. Service was outstanding
The location and staff was great. Bed was comfortable so we slept well. I was a bit shocked to find no wash cloths in the bathroom and the duvet was dirty. The rug in the hallways were dirty and could be stretched because I had to be careful where I walked to avoid tripping on the carpet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The location was excellent & the mini-kitchen was a definite positive!! The food was less appealing and not the quality I expected.
Easy to get to from the airport. Nice rooms. Breakfast was good, although we had to leave early to be at the airport at 0530. The week before we had breakfast and it was excellent. I chose and paid for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. It was a choice I had and paid extra for it. We were put in a room with a king bed. She was rude and told me that it was not guaranteed and they just gave me any room. I showed her the paper that guarant
good location at a reasonable price breakfast was included. our sink in our bathroom had a leak due to some recent plumbing that was installed incorrectly and I ask the front desk to have a maintenance man repair it and somehow the order got lost and it was not repaired on our first day there. It was fixed the fol
The room was very clean always & the staff was as nice as can be. The Internet was prehistoric & the high dollar Internet wasn't much better.
Clean, good breakfast included, nice staff. Could get noisy outside but that is mainly because of the people that were saying there at the time.
We liked everything...very family friendly...clean....pool is great...close to everything...absolutely the best!!
Could see dolphins from our balcony. Room very clear. Nice to have 2 rooms. Boardwalk with restaurants and shops connected to hotel very nice. Trolley stop right in front of hotel so no need for car. Had trouble with sub housekeeper last evening and hotel handled badly. Couldn't use balcony at night because the garlic smell from kitchen was overwhelming (did not get into room with door closed). Beds were not comfortable
Pool, room, price
Paid WiFi connection rate was very good. It was hard to believe that Marriot would charge for WiFi access.
Biggest mistake booking online. Dirty floors and sheets smelled weird. Huge list of why not to spend the night then in morning my daughter grabbed an apple. It look red and fresh, but after a couple bites she found it rotten at the core. It was gross to finish off the night Everything
Clean, attractive room, friendly staff, convenient location
Great rate. Fast, easy check-in. Clean and comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Internet was ok, if a bit slow. Fridge worked. 16 minute drive to TPA. Carpet was well worn. Cig burns in the chair. Cable channels limited and guide didn't work so slow channel surfing. The area has basic fast food, gas, CVS, etc all nearby, but it's shabby by Clearwater standards.
Lobby and hallways had no airconditioning
Came to Clearwater to see the folks, grew up here etc. I knew I had to stay off the beach to get decent hotel rates, and was very pleased with the room, and the staff was fine etc., a great value overall, and I told them at that at the front desk, thumbs up Parking was tough, seemed I was always parking around back, dark parking lot, various people hanging out back there, a tad creepy, cops there a couple times while I was there, but hey if they're needed better to call em than not.
Cheap. Convenient location Not up to typical Ramada standards. Hallway and room smells. Painted bathroom tiles and tub peeling and dirty. Neighboring fast food restaurants and airport very noisy in early morning. Easy to hear people in next rooms.
The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is not new and is quite beat-up, which wouldn't be a problem if clean but it wasn't. The hot tub wasn't working.
It was close by to food! The room had a slight view of the pool with lights! The sheets were dirty, tape was still on the wall and there was also a t shirt sticker from someone else on the wall when we got there. The key never worked. If you leave the room you had to go to the desk maybe once or twice before the key actually worked. Tub was rusted.
Cheap clean room Nice pool No refrigerator Ice machines were down on floors 3 and 2 so had to go down to floor one for ice. Location makes it so you have to U turn on a business highway to get there. No breakfast accommodation
Staff was friendly Dirty rooms Toilet didn't flush Dirty crib for the baby with no bedding Airport noise was unbearable Smell was not so great
Had to get a staff member every time I wanted to open my door because the card key didn't work.
There were a couple of front desk staff members that were very nice. Within the first minute of walking in and checking in, a front desk man was speaking to me very degradingly and aggressively. He asked me when I booked the reservation, and I responded, "Today,". Immediately after my response he came back at me in a very degrading and aggressive tone saying, "WHEN, sir! When as in what time?!" My partner then immediately stepped in and just as aggressively had to tell him to calm down. Location was terrible as well. The location is way too noisy being located on a major highway which turns into a drag race strip every night apparently, and the landing airplanes flying very closely above the building sounded like Armageddon was coming.
