10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was well prepared and served promptly. Excellent variety. Close access to the park. Free apples at reception. Bar attendant was excellent. Loved the location and views from the lodge. Free pool table.
Cons: coffee preparation could be improved. (minor). No table on outside balcony. Disappointed that the jetty was closed off.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a waterview unit which was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom size was generous and fairly modern. The location is just wonderful.
Cons: The food in the bistro was so so. Expensive for what we received. Be aware there aren't many other options in Coles Bay. We found some of the bistro and bar staff were more focussed on socialising with each other rather than customers.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place and ambiance.
Cons: Cleanliness could be much better.
