Some guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and a few noted that the rooms were clean and check-in was easy. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as unpleasant odors, visible dirt, and maintenance problems in the rooms and bathrooms. Service quality was mixed, with some guests praising the staff while others reported poor handling of complaints and unprofessional behavior. Breakfast received neutral feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it mediocre or lacking in variety. Overall, the hotel offers a good location and basic amenities, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
