Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's exceptional service, friendly and attentive staff, and high standards of cleanliness. Many appreciated the comfortable rooms, beautiful sea views, and the variety and quality of food, especially at breakfast and in the restaurants. The location was convenient for many, and the amenities like the coffee bar and kids' club were well received. Some guests noted minor issues such as strict hotel policies, lack of a sandy beach, or occasional maintenance problems, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Pros (+) The wait staff and cleaners were all extremely friendly. The food was excellent
Cons (-) The vacation planners made every effort to nickel and dime you and to see time shares. The hotel was very noisy.
