Cons (-) The water was not hot enough in the shower. we mentioned it and it seemed to be better the second day, but not as hot as I like.

Pros (+) Excellent free breakfast, clean rooms and halls, very helpful and friendly staff (offered to help us find restaurants, give directions, etc), perfect walkable area, all in all very worth the price.
