Pros: Everything about the hotel is amazing well worth the stay. Love the bed and the shower. Incredible comfort.
Cons: One small issue. It’s one of the oldest hotels in Doha and the rooms are a bit dated.

Pros: The staff is super friendly upon arrival. I was even upgraded! The concierge arranged my hotel transportation and a hair appointment for me. Both went smoothly. The breakfast buffet was amazing too! I also hit the gym in the morning. Very spacious, clean and lots of equipment & free weights to choose from!

Pros: The staffs were lovely except for those of the front desk. Most of them are not properly trained and their only focus seems to be trying to charge you for extras you don’t need.
Cons: Train your staffs to recognize a booking that has already been paid for. Focus on customer services rather than telling me to cancel my third party booking so they could get the credit and double/ overcharge for something that has already been paid for.

Pros: Very friendly and professional front desk staff. The restaurant staff were also super amazing! The bellman and concierge could use some training on greeting guests. They literally stood there like a statue at the entrance as guests went in and out. Also, the night manager was giving weird stares to guests and not smiling at all. He should be taught how to smile.
Cons: Old amenities; hairdryer was so ancient. See above comments on staff.

Pros: The staff was outstanding,if not overly attentive. From the pick up at the airport to the greeting when i arrived, evryone addressed me by my name and treated me with a welcoming respect as if I were a returning customer.

Pros: The hotel was clean and I had a great view. The staff was also very quick to help
Cons: My AC didn’t work, which in Doha, is a nightmare. My room wouldn’t get cooler than probably 73 degrees Fahrenheit. I called the front desk and they were quick to send a repairman to my room, but he said the AC was working fine. Sleep did not happen that night as it was too hot.

Cons: The room temperature was very cold, the AC control was locked so I could not manage the temperature. The food was mediocre .. I had to pay for all extra services such as Internet ..etc. There were no bellboys to help with suitcase when arriving on a late flight .. Poor experience in general
