Cons:The operational safety of the vehicle could have been better. The vehicle had very poor traction on the icy roads and had a lot of previous damage not noted before driving away from the lot. The alignment of the vehicle was not nearly 100%, but drivable for someone familiar with the roads in Fairbanks during the winter. Overall, I suggest checking the alignment before future rental.Reviewed 5 Mar 2021

Pros:Staff is very friendly and quick. The pickup/dropoff is outdoors and Dollar is furthest away, Dropping off with bags can be a pain since you have to go in the terminal to get a cart first, sometimes staff will pull the car up to the curb if they aren't too busy. they did it for me twice.Cons:Just the parking situation but being Fairbanks Alaska, most things are rustic which should be expected.Reviewed 2 Dec 2020
