Pros:They upgraded me to a larger vehicle for no additional charge.Cons:I returned it early before office hours. They billed me $229 which was more than the rental fee for an extra driver. But corrected it after my complaint.Reviewed 20 Apr 2021

Pros:Staff was helpful at counter. (Hertz counter) Vehicle was very clean.Cons:No one meets you at drop off so you have to guess where to leave vehicle. I carried my paperwork in to the Dollar Office and gave it to rental employee. I was asked if email receipt was okay, which it was.Reviewed 9 Nov 2019

DisastrousPros:Hated everything . I was left without a car in Huntsville, Alabama.Cons:The Dollar counter was closed. A sign referred me to Hertz’s counter. The sign said they were closed at 5pm. My flight was delayed. There was no alternative. So, no car. Disaster.Reviewed 27 Dec 2017
