The car was not clean and smelled like smokePros:I liked the car for price. The pick up was fairly smooth after I located them in the airport garage vs the lobby where the other rental counters were.Cons:All of the mirrors inside and out had a sticky oil substance dried on them and it reeked of smoke that never faded away. I requested a hard copy of my contract but never received one and was charged a 20% deposit that I did not know about when I reserved online. I was also charged daily for XM radio without my knowledge. I had it removed when I saw it on my receipt by going to the counter and requested it.Reviewed 26 Nov 2016
