Most guests praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Dublin and accessing public transport. However, there were frequent complaints about unfriendly or unhelpful staff, cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms or bathrooms, and discomfort due to noise and small room sizes. Some guests also felt unsafe or dissatisfied with the surrounding area. While a few appreciated the value and amenities, the negatives regarding service, cleanliness, and noise were recurring themes.
