Cons (-) The phone in the room did not work. The first rooom I was assigned to had no heat. The plumbing did not work properly. There were no cups in the rooms. When I arrived, there was only one 19-year old clerk on duty. No manager on site. Nobody available to bring me extra blankets or towels.
