Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access city attractions and public transport. Many appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable beds, as well as the efficient, if remote, service and smooth check-in process. However, a significant number of reviews highlighted the lack of an elevator and the challenging stairways, making accessibility difficult, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Some guests noted the absence of on-site staff, which felt unusual but was generally mitigated by responsive online support. Overall, the hotel is well-suited for travelers prioritizing location and value, but less ideal for those needing easy access or full-service amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
