Excellent2018-01-22, by Verified Hotel Guest10.0
Room was clean and well presented, service was excellent all easy and not a problem, perfect location short walk from everything you need including a 24 hour car park
Small things like the shower base wasn’t grippy and I nearly slipped and hurt myself, plus the room was really warm being in the basement but the skylight shut itself at night leaving the room very hot even with the heating off

Only point to improve I was staying in a room to the left ( facing reception desk ) up the big staircase. The room doors are terribly loud when folk let the close on their own; some dampening on the frames would stop the loud banging that echos down the staircase. Only a pointer; it wouldn’t stop me from staying at this otherwise lovely hotel

Liked the room very spacious and beds were both king size, had plenty hanging space for clothes with ironing board and iron. 2mins away from theatre just what we wanted.
Having too walk through the dinning room to go outside especially if it was busy with people eating. Which it wasn't when we were there.
