I hate it I rent a car and buy a renter insurance however on my way to pick the car up they call and said no car available the took the renter insurance money same way without me getting the car .. bullshitReviewed 11 Oct 2024

We had a wonderful experience! We ended up getting in 90 minutes earlier than anticipated and they worked with us to ensure it didn't cost us an extra day or part of a day. They sent someone to pick up our family of 4 and our luggage at the ferry in Hyannis. She even had us keep the luggage in her vehicle until our car was ready so that we weren't lugging it around everywhere. They were efficient; we were set up and on our way quickly. Our vehicle even ended up being a bit of an upgrade, because that's what was on site. We are grateful for Kelly, Donna, and Kevin who were so helpful and kind in our interactions! Then, drop off was so easy. We pulled into the lot at Logan and we were on our way within 2 minutes. Thank you for the wonderful experience!Reviewed 10 Jul 2024
