Situated on the waterfront, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Hyannis Harbor and Commotion Charters. John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum and Cape Cod Baseball Hall of Fame are also within 15 minutes.
Cons: There were a lot of children unattended running through the halls during the evening. All and all it was an enjoyable stay.
Pros: Very clean and modern, should be 4 star.
Pros: room was ready at 2
Cons: the hallways smelled weird and the bed was uncomfortable

Pros: Excellent location. Friendly staff. Easy to get to.
Cons: Needs better breakfast options or partner with local restaurant to offer breakfast deals for those attending.
Pros: Very clean. Close to all good spots in Hyannis. In between Main Street and Harbor. Comfy king bed.
A great choice for a stay in Hyannis, SeaCoast Inn is just 1.3 mi (2.2 km) from the airport. Free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: It is a very clean hotel, run efficiently and the staff are great.
Cons: The workout room needs and upgrade desperately.
I have stayed there many times and for some reason noise is an issue. Not as in the complaints by some people who whine about kids being noisy in the hall at 8 PM - that's to be expected to a degree. But when I stayed someone checked in early AM, and the people were outside yelling to each other over the sound of their running car. It went on for a while, and no one from the hotel asked them to keep it down.If you check in after 1AM and are to ignorant to think others may be sleeping, the the hotel should step in. I should add this isn't the first time late night checks in's have been loud in my stays there.

Pros: - Excellent location - Rooms are very large, comfortable furniture and bedding, clean. MUCH better accomodation than I was expecting for the star rating.
Cons: Walls are paper-thin. The neighbors left the TV on overnight, and we got to listen to everything they listened to. If this would annoy you, this is not the motel for you.
Pros: Very clean, staff were friendly & helpful.
Pros: Exceptional customer service, especially accommodating our RV, and the indoor pool was a bonus.
Pros: very friendly staff at desk and reservation was ready. great price for location
Cons: bathroom. decor is outdated although sheets were very clean and decent quality.
This is a typical cape cod hotel, but with large rooms. It was walking distance from food & shopping. This is a family hotel but it was quiet and lovely.
Pros: It was close to everything in town. The room was large & clean and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was not included, but coffee & tea were.
Pros: it was very nice and in a good location close to shopping and restaurants
Cons: would have liked more towels in the room and a coffee pot a continental breckfast would have been appreciated
Pros: The owner/operators where fantastic. The location is very good as it is centrally located on main st.
Cons: The shower curtain would not hold and subsequently the floor wood get soaked. Old school small round toilet was a bit of a throwback. Also the shower was very tight as was the bathroom as a whole
Cons: Not enough outlets in the room.
the room with the standard king size bed was great
Pros: central location,near everything
Pros: Great friendly people, nice pool, decent very clean room, and they even let us in 3 hours before checkout.
Cons: separate building to get coffee / office.

Welcome to A Cape Cod Ocean Manor. Your hosts Ashley, and Martin Battle welcome you. Having sold the Sea Breeze Inn which we had owned and operated since 1986 We opened A Cape Cod Ocean Manor in March of 2002 with an idea of a special place for couples. When we originally walked into the Inn and saw the views of the marsh and Nantucket Sound we were taken back by its beauty and peacefulness. Walking into each room we noticed that each had a view of the marsh or water or both. Check-in is at 2 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. As a bed and breakfast property, the Front Desk hours will vary guests should contact the property to find out more information. Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A great choice for a stay in Hyannis, HI Hyannis is just 1.3 mi (2.2 km) from the airport. Freebies like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby kayaking.
Cons: Light and noise easily came under/through the entry door. The hotel is outdated.
Pros: Outdoor courtyard dining and the dining room was very nice. Good food and nice staff.
Pros: The location
Cons: There were bugs in our room, the walls were paper thin and they did construction work until 10pm.
Pros: The comfort of the actual bed/pillows was awesome! The bathroom was huge and sparkling clean! The outdoor pool was the cleanest I've ever seen (with lifeguard present)! I can't wait to go back!
Pros: The hotel staff was wonderful. Hot cookie on arrival. the bar was so much fun.
Cons: It would have been nice to have shuttle service from Airport.
Pros: The hotel is very convenient to shopping as well as historic attractions. The staff is very attentive to details....Bartender was excellent and wait staff at breakfast was excellent. We were given lots of ideas for day trips by visiting the desk.
Cons: We were not happy to learn that the restaurant was only open for breakfast until July 4th.........We arrived late and we could only get a sandwich at the bar.....
Pros: It is a convenient location - close to everything. It is clean and quiet.
Cons: My company paid upfront for the room and I gave my VISA card at check-in for incidentals. There was a $732 hold at check-in and another $732 hold on my card the day AFTER I checked out. I don't think your front desk people know what they are doing. Pity.
Pros: Stayed there before quiet and nice rooms and coffee in AM
Cons: I could hear the people in the room next to us. Sound-proofing could be improved.
Pros: The front desk staff were the nicest of any of the hotels we have been to.
Pros: Very beautiful rooms have a modern look and the location is perfect
Cons: there was no atm.
Pros: Staff,location and fitness center

Pros: It's a very nice place to stay. Pools, restaurants, recreation for kids, everything in one place!!
Cons: A fire alarm making noise at 1:50 and 3am
Pros: Facilities were very nice and the food at Grand Cru Wine Bar was excellent
Cons: Too much room deodorizer made the room smell like a potpourri shop. Otherwise was very nice. Easy to get around from there. Nice pool and hot tub.

Pros: Location of the hotel was very convenient, easy to find and walking distance to food and shopping.
Cons: First room we were given had very strong moldy smell. Gave me headache just in minutes of being inside. Asked for change of rooms. Second room smelled like chlorine, but wasn't worst than the first one so we settled with it. Beds were not comfortable at all. They sagged in the middle and mattress toppers were out of place with folds here and there. One of the towels in the bathThis had yellow stain on it. This was the worst experience among many Holiday Inns we have stayed in.
A great choice for a stay in Hyannis, Holiday Inn Hyannis is just 1.4 mi (2.3 km) from the airport. The restaurant is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after having fun at the indoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Other highlights include a fitness center, a spa tub, and a terrace.

Pros: The location was great! It was easy to walk to restaurants and museums in Hyannis and to the boat to Nantucket. The room was clean, and the breakfast was basic. The price was affordable. There was a parking attendant on weekends to ensure only motel guests parked there. They were doing repairs to the motel during reasonable hours.
A great choice for a stay in Hyannis, Cape Cod Inn is just 1.2 mi (1.9 km) from the airport. Guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby parasailing and water skiing, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Pros: Room was clean and location perfect for access to the ferry's.
Pros: Redecorated rooms were attractive. Super comfortable beds. Friendly front desk staff.
Cons: High prices, coupled with a $20 per night parking fee not disclosed until check-in. Poor housekeeping - our room not cleaned/serviced after our first night. High priced, poorly made drinks and VERY slow service at a not crowded hotel bar. Wet, dirty towels found in stairwell of our building entry on Sunday night were still there Monday morning. The parking lot is a cluttered mess of construction materials and caution tape.
And while the front desk staff was quite friendly, it can't make up for no housekeeping service, outrageously priced, watery drinks, awful and expensive parking or a general sense of disorder in the facility. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
Pros: Pool fire pit location is great, right across from harbor, can walk to main street. Rooms nice but shower dated.
Cons: No phone in rooms, only way to reach front desk is to walk down not real convient at night. Bathroom in lobby unattended, when mentioned to front desk lack of supplies nothing was done. Cells phones at front desk is not a good idea for customer service.
Pros: Bathroom was clean with plenty of plush towels and washcloths. Bed was comfortably with good white percale sheets and good pillows. Great location directly across the street from the HyLine ferry.
Cons: Room was small with queen bed pushed against the wall in the corner of the room. Windows didn't open and older wall air conditioner unit was too noisy to leave on while trying to sleep. Access to the room was long, winding around buildings, up many stairs then down some more stairs. Made us wonder who could have designed such a difficult layout of rooms. At a minimum, hotel should offer bag service and an escort to the more difficult to access rooms.
Pros: Great location at harbor. Nice courtyard with seating.
Pros: Loved location and grounds. Mini-fridge in room.
Would come back when had more time to enjoy seaside hotel experience and Hyannis town center.
Cons: Rooms while clean were dated. Pedestal sinks, not enough outlets, could use desk, round table wasn't that useful to me. Front desk & restaurant/bar staff could be friendlier.
Cons: Everything. Their website is highly misleading. The room was nasty and service was terrible. I was at a conference all weekend and was exhausted from virtually working all day and dreaded having to go back to that hotel.
Pros: I love the location and have stayed many times because I thinks its the best location in Hyannis.
Cons: As per usual, although it is amongst the most expensive places to stay in Hyannis, the bar staff treats you like they are doing you a favor by serving you. Extremely unfriendly and un-welcoming. We left during the day to find a place we would be treated better. Its unfortunate, if the staffs treatment and attitude towards customers matched the excellent location it would be the best place in town.
Pros: The pool and restaurant were great
Cons: The front desk staff was so rude when we were checking in, mumbling and giving attitude when I asked them to repeat themselves and acted like they were doing me a favor by checking me in. All the other staff were very friendly though.
Situated on Hyannis Harbor, this Cape Cod hotel overlooks the ferry docks serving Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. The JFK Memorial is 1 block from the hotel, and Kalmus Beach is less than a mile away.

Rooms also have compact refrigerators, in-room safes, and designer bath products. Many rooms have decks. *Please note that parking fee rates are seasonal (applicable from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) and are subject to change.
Pros: It was close to where I needed to be, there was ample parking, and the room was spacious for a historic home. The back yard and porch were beautiful.
Cons: For starters, I have never stayed anywhere before that I couldn't lock my door! That meant that I took my computer every time I left the room. The overall look of the place was rundown and shabby. The sheets had holes in them, the vinyl window shades were ripped, and every time you pulled them down, you knocked the cafe curtains down, because they were just propped up. One of the window sashes was difficult to open and close, and I was encouraged to leave my windows up, and only run the a/c unit when I absolutely needed it. It all seemed very makeshift. The room was full of kitch! I also wasn't impressed with the quality of breakfast. I love historic inns, and have stayed in several, but was very disappointed with this one. And to top it off, I have stayed in better hotels in NYC for what I paid for this place!
A great choice for a stay in Hyannis, Simmons Homestead Inn is just 2.7 mi (4.4 km) from the airport. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast available daily. Other highlights include free bike rentals and a garden.
Pros: Can't beat the location, walking distance to Hyannis center.
Cons: Hotel is dated. Smells of must, chlorine and carpet cleaner, yet isn't that clean. Old and tired looking, needs an overhaul.
Cons: Didn't have a room upon check in....was given a room key and walked in on another family asleep. Eventually given a room that was dirty. Management is a disaster. Never going back to this place ....
Pros: Room was clean and the place was close to Main Street and the waterfront
Cons: Shower was small the grab bar was in the way unless your skinny and I am not. The girls at the front desk did not know how to explain where the room was. They told me around the other side. I parked around the other side. Then walked in after five minutes to figure out the key card. And went up the stairs down the hall thru the next hallway up another set of stairs and one more small set of stairs and there was my room. Right above the front desk. If your older or have lots of luggage get a Sherpa for your bags or go on a trip to find your room first. The rolling luggage cart will do you no good. Only the front entrance has a ramp.
Pros: I thought the location was convenient. Staff was friendly.
Cons: There was blood stains on the comforter and pillow cases. We checked out early because we didn't feel comfortable
Pros: Was in Hyannis for a wedding, found a great deal online that I couldn't pass up, upon arrival the staff was super friendly, the layout of the rooms are a little odd but oh well. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub which seemed a little dated but everything was great.
Cons: This were a little dated, the pool area... The layout of the hotel was different- could have been easier to find our way to the room but oh well.
Pros: The room was fairly large and came with a fridge and a coffee maker. The hotel was clean and fairly quiet and was located on the main drag in Hyannis, MA. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The hotel itself is spread out and was a pretty far walk from the lobby to the room. That was pretty much the only problem. We enjoyed our stay.
The Heritage House Hotel stands in the Main Street Waterfront District of Hyannis, Mass; across from the Cape Cod Scenic Train and a block from the harbor's ferries and fishing boats. Guests are near Main Street's stretch boutiques and art galleries, and 2-block strolls from the JFK Museum and Kalmus Park Beach.
Chauncy's Bar and Grill is located inside the Heritage House Hotel and features dishes prepared with native and seasonal ingredients, as well as traditional Italian dishes. Function rooms are available for business and social events, as well as a 24-hour business center. The hotel boasts indoor and outdoor pools, and a spa tub. A picnic area and terrace are featured. Airport transportation is available.
The 4-story Hyannis hotel features 143 Cape Cod-style guestrooms with complimentary wired Internet access, premium cable television, desks, refrigerators, and coffee/tea makers.
Cons: the owners need to invest some money into the place. the bathroom door did not close right, the wifi was difficult and the sliding glass door to get into the room did not lock easily. The screen sliding door did not lock at all !!!
Pros: Location was great. Walk to town, ferry landing, etc... Pool was good, although small it was clean enough and great to have a pool.
It was fairly quiet as well given how close to town it was and we were there on a Saturday night.
Really close to some nightlife.
About a 10 minute walk to Hyannis Beach.
Cons: The main entrance to each room was a glass sliding door, and locks seemed a little less than high security. It was hard to lock the door.
The room itself was clean and had what we needed (beds, shower, toilet, TV), but was quite dated. I still think it was fairly decent value given what things cost in Hyannis at this time of year.
During check in the front desk said that they had to "scan my driver's license and store it". I asked why they needed to scan and store it, how I could be sure it was safely stored, and what was the purpose of storing it if they had already verified it by looking at it. I offered to let them write down the details from the license, but I refused to let them scan it and the check in process was quite uncomfortable. They did let me check in, but only after repeatedly telling me that they had to scan it and this was their policy with no explanation of how it would be secure or why they needed it to be scanned and stored. In the end, they didn't scan it and never explained why they needed to do so.
Parking was a struggle. Each room has spaces right in front of the room, but it seemed like everyone just parked everywhere. Even though we arrived only one hour after check in started (we arrived at 5pm), all four of the spaces in front of our two rooms were already taken and we had to park in front of another room about 100yards away around the corner in the other section of the hotel. Not a big deal, but had we arrived later there I suspect there would have been no parking available. It would be a good idea for at least one of the spaces in front of a room to be allocated to that room.
Pros: Friendly staff, location was good. basics were good. Good AC. Cosey swimming pool.
Cons: Tourist season drove up prices to over $170, but motel was more like a $60. Add: Hooks in the bathroom, exhaust fan, more parking. Improve breakfast. Doors were rundown.
Pros: My family and I had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and the staff was wonderful.
A great choice for a stay in Hyannis, Hyannis Holiday Motel is just 1.5 mi (2.4 km) from the airport. Guests can hang out at the outdoor pool or indoor pool, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking.
Pros: The room smelled good and I liked the bathroom as it had somewhat of a European feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were in walking distance of Hyannis center, with lots of restaurants and the marina area. The room was basic and fairly quiet.
Cons: The clientele spent a lot of time sitting with large parties in the parking lot. That was kind of strange.
There's no gym. The breakfast didn't open until 8:00, and there wasn't much provided- hard boiled eggs, frozen waffles, juice, coffee from a machine, badges and cereal. Pretty crowded since everyone had to wait until 8:00 to eat. The hairdryer didn't work and the overhead lamp stopped working while we were there.
Pros: In an area where economical means $100+ this place does a good job of providing a clean, safe location that is convenient to all that Hyannis and Cape Cod offer. Free light breakfast, easy access to a busy main street and responsive management
Cons: Wifi sorta sucked, well, actually it sucked a lot.
Pros: Location was close proximity to the harbor where we had to catch the ferry.
Cons: Room smelled like smoke and musty. A/C should have been kept on.
Continental breakfast selections were inferior
Continental room is tight, we had to bring back the food into our room to sit down.
Pros: Comfortable beds, indoor and outdoor pools
Cons: Both my rooms smelled really bad, one of them has empty liquor bottles in the dresser and the room smelled like the previous person to stay there spilled rum and vodka all over the floor, when we told the hotel they said they would send a person to clean up. The person never arrived when we returned to the main office the offered a can of Lysol cleaning spray. Both rooms also had a faint smell of cigarettes
Cons: we were unable to stay because they did not honor our request for a handicap accessible room.
very disappointed as it left us searching for a new place to stay.
Pros: Rooms were very clean, newly renovated, good water pressure, good hot water, big rooms. There was a breakfast room with good selection of breakfast items with staff bringing in more pastries at 5 mins before breakfast closed so everything was good. Great outdoor pool an great indoor pool. Makes one want to stay longer.
Cons: The king size bed was great for me but my wife found it to be too hard for her to sleep on. We were on the first floor and could hear children running along the balcony at night and any jumping on the floor above us. But it was not a problem for us as the noise stopped before we went to sleep.
