Communication could have been better. When I arrived, the car I requested was not available. I was satisfied with the replacement, however this was the second time the rental I requested was not available. I was not notified beforehand and had to take what was on hand. What can you do when you arrive for the vehicle and something else is there. You have to take what is offered as there is not time to find something else.Reviewed 7 May 2024

The return process in Stillwater is a mess. It took 20 minutes with an inept employee who couldn’t find the reservation and then had a bad attitude. They can’t provide any receipt at the location that the car has been returned in good working order so I’m forced to take an awkward video of the employee saying it’s in good working order and returned.Reviewed 7 May 2024

They had me renting a car that was 55$ cab ride from the airport. When we arrived they did not have the car I had reserved. I was upset and she said they never have that specific car at this spot and it’s only ever at the airport. They tried putting me in car that was not comparable but I was still expected to pay the premium price. We went back to the airport only to find out we were now on the DO NOT RENT TO!! We ended renting from SixT and they were a lot more helpful! They didn’t lie to us and it was way cheaper. Enterprise and eat 💩 and live!!!!Reviewed 7 May 2024

I’ll start by stating that I booked this trip over the phone directly with an enterprise employee in advance. I arrived to enterprise rent a car 15 minutes before my pick up time, 12:00. There was a significant line which was to be expected as it was a holiday weekend however, my friends and I ended up waiting almost 2.5 hours to receive our car. I first spoke with an enterprise employee at exactly 12:03 and our car did not show up until 14:26h causing us to be late to an event out of town. When first speaking with the employee she advised me that the model of car I had reserved was not available and tried to upgrade me to a BMW 2 door convertible. I had specifically reserved a 4x4 large vehicle as we were five people in total with many bags between us. The enterprise team informed us they would bring us another car from a different office which as aforementioned, ended up taking nearly 2.5 hours from the time of check in to the time we departed. The saddest thing is that we were not the only party this happened to. There were two other groups who waited just as long as us in order to receive the type of car they had booked. Even more embarrassing, on one occasion when we checked in with an employee to ask for an estimated time of arrival for our car, he informed us it was coming “soon” and then proceeded to call other clients who had rented cars with enterprise and ask them when they would be returning their cars as they had surpassed their return time. Inconsiderate and a shame. Companies like enterprise need to ensure they maintain the appropriate quantity of cars as well as models for customers in order to avoid unnecessary delays and wait times. I believe the problem lies within the management of this branch as well as overbooking cars based on the assumption you might have “no shows” or cancellations seeing as when booking online there is no payment made up front. Moreover, we were not even offered a discount for the inconvenience. It’s safe to say I will not be booking with enterprise again.Reviewed 6 May 2024
