The hotel had easy to access parking and was clean. The breakfast area was well stocked and the staff was very pleasant. Discovered at 6 am the shower knob was not functioning properly. Called front desk, the clerk was familiar with the issue as she had to visit the room a week prior to show the guests what needed to be done to get it to work. She came to the room and was able to show me how to get it to work, she was surprised it had not been repaired yet.. My wife took a shower then tried to use the blow dryer , the outlet did not work and the reset button for the GFI outlet was missing. Disappointing.
It was very comfortable clean and I especially loved the breakfast Check in at 4 had to wait an hour after I arrived
This is a great place to stay overall. Nice and clean hotel at one of the lowest rates. A nice breakfast is also included. No complaints
It was a good budget hotel. A good choice for a good night sleep on a road trip.
Good location Dirty bathroom - writing on the door, moldy tub
Short, easy walk to many chain restaurants as well as local Mexican and Asian ones recommended by the front desk.
Room was ready upon 1am check in. Play pen for infant son was already in room. Staff was over the top fantastic.
Price was good Remodeling of the facility.. Don't think our room was completely finished but it was still nice and clean.
Although I reserved a non-smoking room, someone had clearly smoked in the room. The front desk staff only offered to have someone come an spray the odor away. It still reeked. The carpet felt very dirty and there was a hockey team staying in the hotel so it was very loud with hockey team and PARENTS AT 2AM!!
Good location by the mall. That bed was so hard!
facilities were new and clean. Nice architecture. room air conditioner was incredibly noisy, turning on and off all night long rude my wife and I had trouble sleeping because of it. Also the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan to keep the mirror fog free. Finally, the room rate did not include breakfast, almost all other comparable facilities
Loved this place, very clean!!!! I would definitely go back.
both elevators were out of order...had to walk to 4th floor
This Hotel is new and very nice, right off the freeway but we never herd it. You feel like you are in an Apartment. The breakfast was nice and easy, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereals, eggs, sausage, bagels , fruit and more. There are shopping centers close by with Costco and Safeway. Also good places to eat like Sticky Rice (very good) and Banks too. We plan on staying with our kids soon and having a suite is nice, and the kids are looking forward th the pool. We plan on staying thier the next time we travel to the area.
Easy on, easy off US-80, just one exit from the road to Napa and Sonoma. 40-45 miles from both Sacremento and SanFrancisco. Brand new retail center close by for all you extended stay needs; Safeway grocery, Longs pharmacy, Starbucks and pizza. Beautiful clean large rooms with great beds. Warning: there is no maid service on the weekends but that could change in the future. Great brekfast buffet, pool, hottub, common computer for internet access (which really comes in handy when researching vineyards.) DVD players in room with $1.98 rentals from a vending machine in the lobby. Suites have TWO 42' plasmas, full size fridge, kitchenware, dishwasher. Great shower.
This is a clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is very accommodating and the amenities are wonderful. If your traveling to the San Francisco area, this is a great value with easy freeway access.
The bed was so very comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would stay at another Staybridge again.
What can I say. We only stayed for one night but the room was well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and really enjyoed our stay. I will definately stay here in the future.
Friendly staff. Clean indoor pool. Free clothes dryers. Room clean, comfortable. Stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Perfect for our needs. Included living area and kitchen. Very good continental breakfast. Would definately stay again.
Very clean and nicely appointed rooms. Large flat screen televisions, one in the bedroom, one in the living area. However, lacking a variety of cable stations. Good for men/boys seeing as there was 6 different sports channels including the Golf channel. They need to upgrade their cable package to include stations that would appeal to a larger population. HGTV would be nice, the Food Network and Bravo, too. Quiet rooms, you couldn't hear a thing once your door was closed. Tall ceilings made the room feel much bigger, especially in the bathroom. The hot breakfast was quite adequate with different items featured each morning. The beds were comfortable, just wish that they were queen-size and not full. Would definetely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
This hotel is brand new. The staff was excellent, and the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner included in the rate was an absolute delight. What hotel can you stay at that offers both. The rooms were spacious, the amenities in the room are perfect with a family. Full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top and microwave made it nice to feed the kids while there for a week. Having the separate room for the kids with their own tv and dvd player was extra nice for the parents, where we could go to the bedroom area and watch our own tv and dvd movies. Just a great place to vacation
The Staybridge Suites, Fairfield, Napa Valley is is a first class hotel at very moderate prices. A really great value. The suite is roomy, clean, has a full kitchen with refrig, m/w, stove, utensils & even a dish washer. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I lost my shaving kit on the way to my car when checking out and the manager promptly fed ex'd it to my home after I inquired. I will make it a point to stay there whenever I'm in the area.
We had just had a bad experience with a Six Flag package deal, and sought out Staybridge to salvage our vacation time.\n\nFrom the git go, they were terrific and really worked hard to meet our needs. Staff truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was great, room was spotless, service was outstanding, pool was fun and clean. We stayed longer than we anticipated, even driging into Sacramento and returning for another night because it was so nice. Our thanks to the good folks who work there.
Quiet and tranquil setting on in a small golf course community Dated décor. The TV was from the 1980's.
The property and grounds are beautiful Our room was tiny and uncomfortable. No place to sit except the bed or a stiff slipper chair. Somewhat dated decor. The door to the bathroom didn't open completely because it hit the toilet. Once in the bathroom almost impossible to turn around. Overall we were very disappointed. This was not worth $300+ per night.
I liked the layout and it was clean with a comfortable bed. The parking at the timeshares, very small spaces especially when you are next to the bushes.
Check in went smoothly, the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate an early check in and a late check out which was exactly what we needed for our stay for a friend's wedding. Loved the clean white smooth bed sheets. And the shower is amazing! The walls are thin. We woke up few times early in the morning. We could hear the couple talking, opening closing drawers, and opening plastic wraps. The refrigerator and a/c are a bit noisy... the little light from the a/c is also pretty bright too.
Alexis at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!!!!!! I had the best trip I've had in years. It was breathtaking and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend the silverado to anyone that wants to have a truly great time in napa! Nothing
Staff was great, room great, and activities were nice. Would recommend to all, but can't say enough about the staff... Nothing had a great trip
Convenience to the city and the wineries
The grounds/golf course is really nice. For the premium price, the facilities look a little tired. It needs a serious upgrade. The two bedroom suites are not even a part of the resort. You have to drive out of the property to get there.
Location and staff The facility needs significant upgrade. Felt like it's a condo in 1990.
We had visited Silverado about 35 years ago. I don't think they changed the carpet or the decor in all those years. Everything looked old and shoddy. It definitely is not the luxury resort which we remembered, and as such is way overpriced. Their computer system must be very old as it took almost 30 minutes for us top check out while they were awaiting our breakfast bill. Although the staff was friendly, they did not seem well trained. Overall, it was a disappointment.
Great bees and nice rooms. The location was far away. The pool was closed but was advertised as open. I think it should be heated to provide more activities.
Loved the property/ the grounds. Very beautiful. Staff was terrible. Service was terrible. Room was very small.
The excellent5 facilities such as the swimming pool & hot tub. the suite was really nice and beautifully furnished. Only negative comment was that the staff failed to leave bedding in the room for the pull out bed but were very quick to supply it when asked.
very clean, big rooms, big t.v.,very comfortable bed.enjoyed very much. breakfast is average
The facility was beautiful, much more than I expected. The cook to order breakfast was a bonus. Room appeared clean at first glance, but I dropped something between the couch and needed to move it. The floor had a layer of dirt and there was food, clothing and all sorts of other stuff. The pull out bed and extra blanket in the closet were both soiled.
Location and included breakfast and happy hour. No individual AC units per room. Meaning the AC is the same temperature throughout the whole facility. Our room was a sauna and we had the worst sleep ever. We complained and were given a fan, but all that did was blow the hot air around.
Great customer service, beautiful courtyard and loved the complimentary breakfast. Ceiling was a little thin, could hear upstairs guests stomping around at 6am.
Room and breakfast. We were on vacation with our young children and while the facilities were lovely we could not enjoy them as pretty much the entire hotel allowed smoking exciting for one small outdoor seating area that actually included a sign 'designated for non smokers'. It really put us off returning to this hotel.
Beautiful Hotel!!! Breakfast was not well organized, i would rather pay for it instead
The free breakfast buffet was great. The managers happy hour every night was also very nice. The bed was decent The insulation between the floors is pretty poor. We could hear the people upstairs walking around. There was also some long-term stains on the towels that were in our room.
This place needs to update its heat/cooling systems. The whole hotel has to be on either heat or cool in order to get your room where you want it temperature wise. I will not stay here again! The first room that we were given was like a dungeon, all slate floors and it was cold and dark, our second room had mold growth in the shower. Please read above. The free breakfast was great and the hotel looks great, outside
Much nicer than any other Embassy Suites that we have stayed at. Sevice was great. We had booked two double beds and when they didn't have that available, they resolved it by giving us two rooms.
The breakfast and manager's reception were a good value. Location is very convenient to the historical downtown, where the majority of the restaurants are located. It was a $6 uber ride most nights. The location is also very close to the highway, making it very easy to get to the wineries. They didn't vacuum the floors! On the second day, we found popcorn next to furniture that we hadn't used the first day, and we hasn't eaten any popcorn. If you want a king-size bed, you have to book direct. And be aware - they say they offer rooms with two queen-size beds, but they're actually full-size beds.
Great place to stay! Stayed in a suite and the room was clean and large. Enjoyed the breakfast as well. Facilities were great, loved the pools and swans! Happy hour left something to be desired, but I can't complain about free alcohol and snacks. Parking was limited also but was never an issue
Went with wheelchair. Despite an old hotel, everything looked new, although maintaining the old fashion look, and barrier-free. Right restaurants on the block, right behind is the river with paved ramps and walkways, perfect for strolling in a wheelchair. Breakfast room service comes standard with the stay. Best wheelchair vacation.
Room was clean and beautiful. Beds had feather beds, down comforter, down pillows. Beautiful marble bathroom had robes and and all amenities. Very generous with towels. Breakfast from wonderful bakery next door was included and they pour you a glass of wine on check-in. Rooms had coffee maker, and they deliver water and chocolate later in the day. Walking distance to all of downtown restaurants, etc. Free wifi & parking. It was just perfect. nothing! It couldn't have been a better experience
Hidden charges. No coffee in room. Keys didn't work. Phone kept on ringing, front desk was calling.
I've stayed here for both business and leisure now and love the cleanliness and staff! Free valet is great with plenty of parking on-site. • 20 minute drive to Downtown Yountville • Food at the pool and Siena are expensive
The room was lovely. The bowling alley and pool area is very fun. The newer area was clean and nice looking. Check in was quick and easy. Bell service was fast but not well informed. The pool area was dirty with trash apparent, the glass tables had not been cleaned from the day before and the cushions need to be replaced as they are stained and worn from use and sun exposure. We were charged two restaurant charges that were not ours. We had to make three or four calls to have it corrected. It finally was, but with no apology for the mistake, trouble, time, etc.... The older area of the hotel needs painting, the tile needs cleaning or painting, the carpet needs to be replaced and just generally needs a facelift to match the newer wing. The hot tub was not hot.
The property could have been better kept. There were a few fix-it items in the rooms. The lounge chairs outside looked a little worn and dirty. It seemed like there had been a few parties that weekend but the clean up is key for all guests to enjoy. Those small touches could make all the difference.
Spa services were great Hotel was very full and room was "upgraded" to a suite. Was not told before getting into room, suite was over Crush night club. Woken up at 12, 1, and 3 a.m. by drunk people yelling and leaving club. Despite calling front desk, noise continued. View from patio was of the building across the way and patio had a nest with dead bird inside. Not what I booked or expected. Had two previous stays here which were great. This was terrible and I never want to return there.
The staff were very accommodating, a big thanks to Rosemarie. The room was spotless and amazing. Outside was quiet and peaceful. I wish I could've used more of their amenities. A little far from wine tasting. Nothing else.
Nice location Very comfortable rooms Pool on the small side for that size resort Food at wedding reception was disappointing Meat was dry and fish was mushy
Spa services and bowling
The room was beautiful with nice decor. it was pretty specious with a king size bed and a pull out queen size sofa bed. The welcoming bottle of wine was great. The whole property was beautiful esp. with the winery facing hotel. Our only regret was no one came to clean up our room even when the "no disturb" sign was not hanging outside the door. One cannot turn on the shower while standing outside the bathtub. As a result, one has to go inside the tub, turn on the water and stay inside the tub to wait for the water to turn warm.
Great location Trash strewn hallways Elevators not working Soft lumpy bed Ants in shower Staff could care less
The resort was beautiful. Lots to do on site. Nice cafe for breakfast/coffee. The resort did not honor the reservation for a two queen bed room as reserved.
The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location of our room was less than satisfactory. Much of the night their were noisey activities happening. We could hear the auction, music, dj, etc as if they were in our room with us.
Inexpensive, close to highway and eating places Neighborhood not great--industrial complex across the street, did not feel safe at night.
For my visit I wanted to stay near Napa in a hotel that was clean and comfortable at a decent price. America's Best Value Inn in Fairfield nailed it. By eliminating uneccessary extras such as a hair dryer, a billion different bottles of bath supplies, or continental breakfast and focusing on clean facilities, comfortable beds, and a well-trained staff, they made me one happy customer.
The first room that they gave us smelled like a sewer after the toilet was flushed. We changed rooms immediately. The next day they did not clean our room. We left our room in the early part of the day and when we returned late that night the room was in the same condition that we left it....I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay there again.
Nice staff Wet floors
Smoking rooms, staff Bathrooms, cleanliness
the size of your pillows the hardness of your breds
Everything went well with our stay..Staff was always there when needed and same with house keeping..Nice people over all..No bugs in the room at all and our dog got to stay with no questions asked..Had a microwave in our room that must be requested before getting there..
I like the location of this property and the farmhouse design and vibe. The grounds are beautiful and the set up of cottages is really cool. Beds were quite comfy. Our cottage was poorly located next to the highway. Luckily I turned on the AC and the fan noise drowned most of it out. The cottage had several things that needed attention. Cracked tile, tons of scuffs on the walls, bathroom fixtures hadn't been wiped down and appeared dusty. Like a film of dust on the lotion dispenser is not ok. My husband and I asked to check in early and were not told that the room they had was a room with 2 full beds. We have two young kids and for 900$ a night, one king bed would have been nice. The staff at the check in were less than friendly or accommodating. I had to ask for water and they looked at me like that was a crazy request. A hotel of this caliber should offer water upon arrival especially on 90 degree days. Overall I was disappointed. I wanted so much more from this property and it just wasn't there. I likely won't return.
I've stayed here before and came back because 1) the price is reasonable compared to other Napa motels 2) the history of the place (think Hollywood) is intriguing) 3) Nice pool and lawn with BBQ 3) Free continental breakfast Free WiFi was weak but usable in my room. It is better in other rooms.
Like a 1950s motel, wonderful beds, nice breakfast. Have stayed here repeatedly over the years. Cheaper through Kayak than direct from them.
nice place to stay. enjoyed our stay . could not access wi-fi in room 7.
Nice room for what we needed. Big enough. Nice bathroom. Decent breakfast selection. Stain on one of the bed sheets. Spider in the bed. Weird knocking noise from bathroom.
You wouldn't expect such a great place by the two stars or exterior but wine valley was great! Awesome rooms that were clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and we were able to comfortable unwell into town. We will definitely stay here again!
Comfortable bed Toilet seat. Was it from a doll house?
I enjoyed my stay there entirely! Unable to think of anything.
Price and relative location to Napa and the Vinyards Low lighting in the room no safety lock chain or inside latch on the door
The room was clean, not 6 star, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Also half price of what we would have spent elsewhere. Nothing, we had a nice quiet stay. A clean room, and a central location to what we needed.
I was disappointed with the staff's inexperience and complete unwillingness to help because I booked wth a 3rd party. The receptionist was sarcastic, laughed at me, and had poor customer service.
For a 2 star hotel, i was shocked to see how nice the rooms are. I normally stay at 3 star and above hotels, but i was trying to save money this time around and i was shocked at how nice the room was! The room was a little small, but all new tv's and the bed was ridiculously comfortable and large! Its not the most romantic place, but if your looking for somewhere to stay, i HIGHLY recompensed this hotel. DIAMOND IN THE RUFF!
The location and the value was the reason we chose this hotel. The room was alright. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable which resulted to poor sleep. We left early.
We were Marriott rewards members and received very thoughtful care throughout the visit. Large, comfortable, clean room Location is good, but car-dependent. Napa downtown is a 10 min drive.
Excellent location and amenities. Grounds looked great. Room was well appointed. The hallway carpet could use replacing.
Ok for visiting wine country, but rooms facing the busy street should be avoided Location on busy street
Rooms are very clean but a bit tired - the basin in the bathroom was cracked and the extendable clothes line over thre bath was broken. The hallways are even more worn looking and dated but still comfortable place to stay.
Concierge was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff always took time to answer questions. Most unique part was the nightly wine tasting from local wineries. It was a great perk for your guests, and also a great opportunity for the local, boutique wineries to display their product. Win/Win/Win Traffic in area was difficult to manuever at times.
Dyan and my eyebrow attendant (I am so sorry I cannot remember her name) did a wonderful job for me. I am in process of moving to sf (from fl) and am considering having them do my nails, etc on a regular basis. Cleanliness of the room and the deal I received via one of the booking agencies on Trip Advisor. Charge for Valet parking is too high, especially considering I always walked over to my car and did not have the guys 'go get it'.
My wife and I stayed one night for our anniversary at the Napa Valley Marriott. It left a lot to be desired. We have stayed at various other hotels in the Napa and this one did not even come close. For starters, the walls are paper thin (to the point where you can actually hear people in other rooms blowing their nose). While we were there, two holiday parties were going on. We called the front desk to complain about noise at 11:30pm and were told that they could not do anything since the parties both paid a considerable amount of money to host the events. This hotel puts large gatherings ahead of individual hotel guests and for this reason we will not be back.
Nothing Pool area and outdoor seating was completely under construction. No where to sit outside. Paid for a garden view room and looked at the parking lot. Very disappointed with stay. Complained to front desk and had small amount taken off our bill. Dirty and doors ro outside not secure.
very friendly and accommodating staff. Very comfortable beds! walls seem pretty thin. Could hear the vacuum cleaner above us.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best. Nothing. It was very nice, convenient to the local wineries.
It's fine. Napa Valley planners prohibit too many hotels being built, so you really don't have much choice and there's no good "deals" anywhere. So, this is on the Southern side of the valley, and acts as a "gateway" hotel. I can tell you it is over-priced, but I guess that is relative. It's just crazy that you can find much, much nicer hotels in The City for half the rate.
The staff was great....the room was very clean and up to date.....hotel was convenient to everything
Continental breakfast was very nice.
All the staff including the housekeepers were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The area is not good. Lots of yelling and fighting at all times during the day and night. Made many complaints of a drug smell and the staff did nothing about it. Several times we heard bangs that sounded like gun shots. Late one night we had someone banging on our window. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we felt completely unsafe. This place is not worth the money!
Great breakfast, great location Great service
The highs -Beautiful bathroom -Extremely fast check in -Complimentary wine -Complimentary non-alcoholic snacks and drinks in the room -The bed -The Decor -the SILENCE The Lows -That we stayed such a short time
Informal but attentive service, comfortable roomwhere everything worked . Young friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Walking distance toany shops and sites. I was at a Hyatt property,Pier 66, in Fort Lauderdale last month and it was BAD, a disaster and i almost canceled this booking glad I Didnt
The bed was uber comfy. Bathroom slider style door doesn't afford any privacy. Street rooms are very loud making it impossible to leave slider door open to enjoy the crisp Napa air. Inconvenient self parking, no real self park entrance to lobby for check in. Overall the condition of the room lacks consistent maintenance between guests, i.e. Unknown origin of wall stains in sleep room and bathroom. Will NOT return to this property for future stays in Wine Country.
hotel itself is nice - rooms are great, location is great, free parking. check-in process and staff are not service-oriented at all. i was told the room would be ready (early) by noon, then when I arrived they said they didn't know when it would be ready, but they only guarantee by 4pm. At 4pm, they said that housekeeping was making up the room, but when I walked by the door, I could see that there was no one there. no apologies, no empathy. at 4:30pm, here was my exchange with them: check-in staff: they're working on your room right now me: 'no they're not, i just walked by the room and no one's there check-in staff: i'm not sure but they're working on your room right now me: i literally just walked by the room - there's no one working on it check-in staff: they're working on it right now, and we'll let you know as soon as its ready oh, and did i mention I have diamond status with Hyatt? Can't even imagine how they treat 'regular' customers.
The resort was very nice! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Having our own balcony was an added plus. It was in a nice quiet location. We upgraded our room primarily because I knew my husband would enjoy having a fireplace, but there wasn't much of a fire - there were tiny blue flames that could barely be seen around the logs.
We stayed in the one-bedroom suite (74 sqm). Very large and comfortable room. Very well furnished and equipped (washing machine, dish washer, two wash-basin). Lovely jacuzzi at the bedside. Comfortable dining table at the balcony - had a nice breakfast there everyday. Great location for Napa trek Walls are too thin. Noises from upstairs and next door are not insulated at all.
I am sure it will be nice when it is done. Help with our bags to our room never arrived, our shower was clogged for days, it was somewhat hard to find.
The staff were very friendly. The housekeeping staff were exceptional.
The rooms were fabulous! menu in the bar was sub par for a hotel of this caliber
Amazing spa. Great hotel, huge room and private balcony to enjoy coffee in morning or wine at night. Explore the property you will find many gems. Great location w/free shuttle to downtown napa. Not a single complaint.
big room, free shuttle service to downtown, laundry, free wine tastings coupons, hot free jacuzzi, free bottle of wine somewhere old furniture, very noisy laundry (in the room), always lines on reception, almost everything extra is very expensive
The facility was glorious and beautiful. They even gave us a free upgrade! The cards kept getting de-activated.
ameneties toiletries were there. We had to call for toiletries such as shampoo, soap.
Great hotel! Big end nice room.
Beautiful surroundings and Hotel very classy. Breakfast buffet low budget, ordered breakfast off menu next day and waited 35 minutes for oatmeal that never came, walked out.
Standard Westin property. Good location for Napa Valley visit. Property seemed to be trying just a little too hard to be a super-luxury resort, but then came up short in delivery. Had to ask multiple times for items promised earlier. Front desk lost a package we left for another guest.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging a winery visit. Several of the "amenities" were closed or inaccessible during our stay. We were also placed in a room adjacent to the massive ac system which of course droned on during the whole of our stay, making it difficult to enjoy the balcony much less get a good night's sleep.
The rooms were spacious and I loved the pool area and the beauty of the facility. Being so close to the Silverado Trail was a bonus. It was pricier than it should have been.
Room was a good size, clean, comfy bed. the staff, location, and value are excellent! VERY outdated decor, bathroom doors, and ac/heater unit. Upgrades would help lift the overall ambiance.
I'd say this is one rung above a motel, if that's what you're looking for and in Napa during high season this is your place. Staff was very friendly. Great location. Hair dryer was not attached to the wall (as it should have been, it was one of those hotel hair dryers) so it slipped all over the counter and overheated 3x while drying hair. Towels are old and ragged. Toilet seat was stained and old.
The comp wine and cheeses apon arrival and breakfast was good. Staff was really nice. Nothing was all great value for your money.
We arrive late and had missed the wine reception but the receptionist gave us 2 glasses of wine we could take up to the room. She then provided us with tons of information and recommendations. We took her recommendations and do not regret it one bit, for ashort stay in Napa I feel like we got the best of everything.
Convenient location (in town would be nicer, but for the price it's hard to argue with a few minute drive). Large, clean room, good bed, excellent shower, lots of convenient parking. Really, nothing to complain about. Would stay there again without hesitation.
For being a no-frills type of hotel, I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and they even have a pool. Considering most visits to Napa include busy days wine tasting and evenings spent trying new delicious restaurants, I don't find that I need much more from a hotel than what the Napa Winery Inn has to offer.
