Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the train station and city attractions, making it convenient for travelers. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and appreciated the practical self-service check-in. However, several reviews highlighted the lack of staff or reception, which led to difficulties with check-in, luggage storage, and resolving issues. Noise from the street or courtyard was a common complaint, especially due to the absence of air conditioning, with only fans provided. Some guests also noted limited amenities, such as no breakfast or parking challenges. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and cleanliness, but service and amenities could be improved.
