The employees who helped me with picking the car up were especially helpful and kind to me. If you drop off the car at the airport, they provide a shuttle to bring you to the terminal. Be very sure about which pickup and drop-off points (the airport vs ferry port) you have when you book and whether you have to pickup/drop off outside of operating hours because changing those things can be a bit pricey.Reviewed 4 Jul 2024
