I rented a car online via this company and no where in the policy did it say that who ever is filling the information out on line and pays for it, has to be the driver. Therefore I had to forfeit what I paid, because I wasn't the intended driver, not would they make an exception.Reviewed 26 Sept 2026

Car was quite damaged and beaten up, and I was charged for damage they couldn't definitely prove that I caused. They charged me more than the entire rental period for simply being about 3 hours late. And they refused to refund me for accidentally booking the vehicle for 1 week later and then rebooking. Customer service was abysmalReviewed 22 Sept 2026

The prices are ridiculous. And the workers at the Location in Korfu are really unfriendly and mean. Also they are trying to convince you to pay much more than usually for normal stuff. It ’s not transparent what they are doing and for what are you paying. Also the Deposit prices are way too high. I felt really uncomfortable in the office on Corfu.Reviewed 1 Aug 2026

The employees who helped me with picking the car up were especially helpful and kind to me. If you drop off the car at the airport, they provide a shuttle to bring you to the terminal. Be very sure about which pickup and drop-off points (the airport vs ferry port) you have when you book and whether you have to pickup/drop off outside of operating hours because changing those things can be a bit pricey.Reviewed 4 Jul 2024

Waited an hour for pick up and rental process. Car was old and rattled. Company has yet to refund deposit. Pretty bad overall.Reviewed 20 Jun 2024

This was the best car rental company we’ve worked with abroad. We’d definitely rent with them again!Reviewed 15 Jun 2023
