After traversing the airport getting the bus and making it to the site I was disappointed to find that they had cancelled my reservation for being late and they tried to up sell me a vehicle and when I refused the price i did the journey in reverse back to the airport to rent a car. Not happy. I booked it for the price and was willing to do the journey for the value. I was helping a friend through surgery and cost was an issue. Feel really cheated.Reviewed 8 Dec 2023

They cancelled our reservation because we didn't show up on time and were just very rude from the moment we walked through the door. Ended up going with someone else. Reminder that when it's a good deal, there's a reason. I'll stick with the better companies from now on.Reviewed 2 Dec 2023

Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Number was zip tied on. Pick up took over 3 hours. Numerous charges not mentioned - forced to buy extra insurance even though we have full coverage AND put another $2000 security deposit. Awful awful awfulReviewed 24 Nov 2023

The cancelled my reservation and were out of cars. I had to take a shuttle to a location away from the airport and it was late coming. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone prior toy taking the shuttle. The csr wouldn't help me find another vehicle and I had to take the shuttle back to the airport and try to find another car on a holiday weekend. I ended up paying Almost $500 for renting for 3 days.Reviewed 21 Nov 2023

TERRIBLE. They’re crooks. They came up with all kinds of charges that didn’t make sense. They were trying to make me buy insurance plus pay $20/day to use my own. I ended up leaving and never did get my money back for the rental and insurance I had already paid for during booking. I’ve rented cars before and have never had these issues.Reviewed 13 Oct 2023
