All was good and quick. Only odd item was the initial fuel level was 1/2 tank, so obligation was only to return with 1/2 tank. Although I went a few gallons over to 3/4 tank. Full tank departures are easier.Reviewed 27 Jul 2026

Left behind a pair of glasses in the car. Went the next day to try to retrieve them. Manager refused to let staff check if glasses had been left behind and insisted that we submit an online claim. Online system to submit claim malfunctioned many times before being able to submit the claim. Also, when we called customer service, we were asked to go directly to the rental counter at the airport.Reviewed 27 Mar 2026

The longest line, slowest/most old fashioned rental car pickup process. The wait to pickup WITH a reservation was well over an hour.Reviewed 3 Jan 2026

I booked a Tesla or similar EV but they were completely out of EVs so I got a worn out beat up Mazda instead. Not even close to a Tesla. Could have at least gotten an upgrade for the inconvenience of not having any EVs but instead I got to downgrade.Reviewed 20 Nov 2025
