Pros: The staff is top notch. While the quality of the property is not even close to 5 Star, the staff has remained at 5 Star or above. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful at every opportunity. We had an especially wonderful front desk attendant name Antonette help us on multiple occasions. She made any issue we had feel like minor nuisances which they promptly dealt with. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with all the staff from the front desk to cleaning to management. Also, the location is perfect. You can hit the beach, go to wonderful restaurants, and hit the main shopping drag in just minutes.

Cons: The hotel itself is dated. The rooms and overall grounds need a major overhaul. Although it was mostly clean, there were areas that could do with a lot more attention. Our bathroom floor and counters had cracks and broken pieces everywhere due to age. The walls are also super thin, we were unfortunately placed next to a noisy neighbor on the last night and every time they closed a door it shook our wall.

Pros: excellent environment with low price. can not help but take a lot of photos from the garden, lol… first, friendly front desk and quickly checked me in. also, room's clean exactly. housekeeping clean every moring. and i 've seen the car of laundry services, it makes me feel professional. and the facilities&amenities, they have coins laundry, spacious parking lot, fast free WIFI i love their parking lot especially. cuz even each room has its own parking space and ocean view, can see the ocean upstairs, and 3 minutes walk to seaside. i enjoy the sunset very much!

The tv in my room was big, but there was no plug in. The room feels 40 years old. The spa area is great. But the rooms are dreadful. If this place could redo their rooms, they’d be one of the best locations in Saipan.

Pros: I have to say that you cannot beat the location for price. It is smack dab in the middle where all the action is located.
Restaurants and shopping are a walk away.
Now the downside. The hotel is rundown. No tv or telephone in the room. No shower curtain. Kids running up and down the hallway. Lots of noise. Not just from outside but you can hear the upstair's toilet being flushed.
