Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with the most frequent complaints focusing on poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and unsatisfactory service, including unhelpful or rude staff. Many guests found the rooms dirty, bathrooms unhygienic, and amenities like AC and WiFi either broken or unavailable. However, the hotel's location near major markets and transport links is consistently appreciated, and a few guests mention that the property offers reasonable value for money for a budget stay, though expectations should be kept low.
