Pros: The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We received a very warm welcome. The location of the hotel is perfect for a shopping trip to either East Kilbride or Glasgow. Sofa bed was made up for us on arrival. Toby Carvery next door. Fantastic that me and my 2 daughters (all adults) were able to all stay in the same room at no extra charge, as it was for a birthday treat, as I know of another one of these hotels doesn't allow this to happen. We also noticed that this hotel is dog friendly which is brilliant too. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Property, nice, clean, great value for money. Nice attached to a Toby carvery and pub. Not too much around nothing walkable except the am park so ideal if your with children. Close to motorway so great for that reason. Staff at Toby very nice very helpful and knowledgable on local area and how to get about. We didn’t get room cleaned whilst there stayed 2 nights. A bag was placed at door with clean towels etc but just left on floor outside. Not what I’m used to but didn’t spoil my stay. Nice size room with a couch and double bed nice accessible shower. No word about stairs upstairs as no lift available. All in all good value for money but glad we had car to get about

Cons: Sadly our room was next door to a family. Kids were really noisy banging doors etc from 7 am onwards. Walls are paper thin :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience was lovely, warm, clean, well resourced room. Great walk in shower, that helped as I have mobility issues. A basic continental breakfast, but for £40 for two, in total it was excellent value for money. We had a carvery, and this was wholesome, great choice of meat and vegetables. The staff were exceptional, proactively ensuring I was helped to the front of the queue knowing it was all difficult; I was also assisted by another member of the team to it up my dinner. No embarrassment felt, I felt it was an enabling experience. I would definitely revisit . What a well run ship! Thanks
Cons: Nothing.
