Self checkout took over an hour and a half and involved 5 separate support calls, and 2 on-site staff before we finally had a car. The car we got wasn't what we booked and was smaller than our original booking.Reviewed 10 May 2024

Their kiosk was broken for self check so I had to commute quite far to another location for car, pay for bus tickets with no compensation. Then, when I there to drop off the car, the staff was incredibly rude. I simply asked to use the restroom that was for employees only and they said absolutely not, that I could walk to the nearest gas station 1 mile away.Reviewed 2 Oct 2023

I tried to request a refund because the location did not exist. I tried many times to find it, had several people (locals) help me, and no one knew where it was. So, I had to use another agency, since I don't think the address listed was correct. I would really love a refund since I was unable to get my car.Reviewed 28 Oct 2022

Pros:Everyone was very friendly and helpful.Cons:They were unable to give us the size car I had reserved and it was hard to find the drop-off point at Oslo Airport. That may not be Hertz's fault!Reviewed 24 Aug 2019

HertzPros:Car was clean and comfortable, got us where we needed to go.Cons:The representative at Hertz uncharged me more than double what I initially paid, by claiming that I reserved an electric car and switching my reservation, even though my original rental agreement made no mention of electric vehicles.
