Hertz was AMAZING! The 3rd party insurance not so much. I’m sure it was somewhere in the fine print, that I would have been reimbursed for any out of pocket claim costs, but luckily I was able to cancel it and purchase insurance through Hertz for just $10 more than that 3rd party dealer. Thank you, to the Hertz rep for explaining this to me!Reviewed 20 Sept 2026

The Custmer service Rep at the vounter was very helpful. Xdhe slready knee that the car I reserved won’t fit our needs. She already had a different SUV for us. She explained to us in terms that were not demanding. So we went with her suggestion, the Grand Cherokee. And we had a very good time and fun in our trip. We didn’t have to worry about driving in the snow since its a 4 wheel drive. 👍🙂Reviewed 22 Apr 2026

It was very easy to pickup vehicle in Bozeman. Woman at the counter was very friendly, and because there was a bigger car available, we were upgraded. The Jeep Grand wagoneer was clean and ran great, and even got better mileage than we expected!Reviewed 8 Jul 2025

Great! Only gripe would be in cleanliness of car. There were hand prints all over the outside and the inside front window was very dirty.Reviewed 12 Sept 2024

I never rented the vehicle. Hertz would not allow me to rent the vehicle due to me not having a credit card. I would like my refund back ASAPReviewed 7 Sept 2024

We booked a car in Poland, we traveled there 50 hours and when we arrived they didn't give the car to us. They said the reason is that we didn't have a credit card. Good that they informed us before haha. We were in a very bad position because of that.Reviewed 14 Mar 2023
