Cons:I did not get the car, I became sick that day tried to call I was on the phone for hours waiting I canceled through the hertz desk that’s if there is no way to reach kayak either by phone or email. I tried but to no avail. I wanted a refund because I have vertigo all day and it’s unsafe to drive — not happy with not being able to reach and get a refundReviewed 8 Apr 2021

Pros:The pick up and drop off was great, the staff was very good.Cons:The car with it was both very dirty, it had an odor and visible dirt. The vehicle also seem to have engine issues, or require a tuneup.Reviewed 28 Jan 2020

Car exchangePros:I liked the ability to do express drop off. Also when I had an issue with the car, the emergency road side service operator was excellent.Cons:At the exchange in San Diego, they weren’t prepared, it took them a while to get everything situated and when I did get the car it was dirty. There was food under the seat, looked like a drink had been spilled in the cup holder and a cigarette butt in the driver side door compartment.Reviewed 12 Jun 2018
