Pros:Anthony was amazing. He is the perfect of example of what customer service should be. There was an issue with the price of the rental. It did not match my reservation. Anthony did not challenge it at all. He immediately got on the phone to try to fix it and did not stop making calls until it was resolved. I appreciated that more than he will ever know.Cons:I drove from IA to NV. The change oil came on in Utah.Reviewed 2 Nov 2019

1st time renting here, a good experience!Pros:The price was excellent for a week rental. We arrived and were promptly taken care of. The process took less than 10 minutes. Staff were nice and the car we were given was bigger than what we thought we would get. It was a pleasant surprise and the car, a Dodge Journey was a perfect fit for our family. The return process was the same, quick and easy. Will rent from here again.Cons:Everything was great, nothing negative to report.Reviewed 31 Mar 2018

Great Price for good car and fast servicePros:Price. Price. Price! Good customer service, no waiting, They agreed to let me pick it up early when my plans changed. Came with bun-warmers which my wife likes.Cons:exterior had not be washed. No problem, we were driving in a snow storm so it would have been dirty 30 min after pick-up anyway.Reviewed 18 Feb 2018

It was NOT at the airportCons:Getting to the airport and finding out that the rental was 16 miles away.... at the city Herrz, not the airport Hertz. No cabs, no Uber, 45 minutes until closing time.Reviewed 15 Jan 2018

thanksgiving tripPros:Please remember to put the car in the name of the person picking up the car. Customer service was going to charge me extra to change names but then did charge me same rate.Cons:I wish you could specify the car you would like. The Nissan Sentra was not nearly as comfortable as the Chevy Cruze we rented a month ago. It would be nice if they tell you the gallons the tank of gas holds.Reviewed 26 Nov 2017

Hertz Rental is a jokePros:Nothing...Cons:I dont have a credit card....so after I drove 45 minutes to get there SCOTT tells me than I can't rent a car and to try calling a buddy to use his. I had cash and my debit card with over $5000 in it. Nope sorry. Can't use that...come back tomorrow maybe....is what SCOTT said. So I went up the road...like SCOTT suggested to ENTERPRISE...guess what...I rented a car from them with my debit card! Thanks Hertz...you suck!Reviewed 17 Sept 2016
