Cons:HORRIBLE customer service. Car was not ready on time and unsafe to drive when I got it. Turned it back in and was told there was no replacement vehicle in same size. No effort was made to assist finding a replacement. No response from customer service.Reviewed 21 Feb 2017

Thanks Hertz!Cons:We have a problem with the cigarette smell, which should have been addressed with seriously by Hertz.
