Overall was good. I wish I would have received more instruction on drop off for after hours. I think at the GNV airport there are boxes outside to drop keys but then after I Did that I saw them on the rental car counter so that was confusing at this location. Over all everything and the workers at the counter were great!Reviewed 9 Jun 2025

I had asked for a GPS in the car and there was none. I was advised to use my cell phone and connect it to the on-board computer. But there was no connection between the phone and the car. So we had to change cars, which took an hour in total. Despite this, the time taken to return the car was not extended by an hour. So I'm the one who had to bear the brunt of the malfunction when it was the budget's fault. I find this totally abnormal.Reviewed 5 Jan 2025

I stood in line about a half hour waiting to get the car Saturday morning. . The ride was a bit rough (the Altima had 60k miles on it). But it served its purpose. The employees at pickup and drop off were nice. The girl at drop off in Daytona was particularly kind.Reviewed 4 Mar 2024
