Being disclosed about the deposit and them preferring credit cards would be great. My credit card had gotten stolen so I only had a debit on me and was charged a $500 deposit because of that. Of course you get it back, but it’s an inconvenience. My plane landed late, they gave away the car I originally booked… I was only 30 mins late to pick up. The line itself was long so I spent another 10-15 mins waiting which is fine ! But just to say, it’s odd they gave away the car I booked so quickly. Whatever. At least I got a car, but it still was far from a smooth experience.Reviewed 14 Jun 2024
