The hertz location didn’t actually have the car I reserved when I got there for my scheduled pick up. I will say the location was extremely busy on the day I picked up, but I did spend 3 hours there before I was given a car. They did end up “upgrading” me to a bigger car, but mostly because I had just been sitting there so long and they still didn’t have the size car I reserved. I like that they gave me an upgrade for free in the end. I could tell they were struggling to keep up with all the problems they were running into that day and they were still nice and kept their cool. I think the communication between hertz and the third party apps needs to be better to ensure the location actually has the cars someone is reserving.Reviewed 7 Dec 2021
