Pros:everything was generally okay, no major complaintsCons:Advertised car was a Toyota Camry "or equivalent". I got a Hyundai Sonata which, in my opinion, is not in the same league as the Camry. In addition, the Hertz booth at the airport didn't open until 1/2 hour or so later than Enterprise or Budget. We had to wait that additional time to get our car, and then it was less vehicle than I had anticipated.Reviewed 1 Jun 2018

Some things were great and others, not so greatPros:It was good value. The car was also very clean when we picked it up. The attendant in the kiosk picking up and dropping off the car was friendly.Cons:When I rented my car online I made am error...I got mixed up about the size of the car, between compact and economy. I had wanted to rent the larger one and booked the smaller one...I had realized my error after the fact but when I called I wasn't allowed to change it. I was told to ask for an upgrade upon pick-up...I did not receive one. I have received many upgrades over the years with many different rental companies. I was told there were no vehicles available but when I picked up my car, the lot was full of Hertz vehicle. And it was London, Ontario airpirt...we're not talking a large Metropolitan city here.Reviewed 16 Nov 2017
