Kayak underestimate lugage spacePros:Manager very helpfulCons:Kaysk edtimated place for 5 passengers and 2 large pieces of duitcase but the car was way too small for that! Not pleasant surprise and staff at hertz not very flexible and only wantedvto charge way more money than paid on kayak so bad experience with the online tool.
