second time this location has incorrectly charged me for wrong fuel when I return. The car was 8/8 full but they claimed it was 7/8 when I had just filled up 5km away in town.Thank god I took photos of the fuel gauge and milage so I can charge back to my credit card. Pros:Pick up was complicated and took a long time. There was a new employee checking me out, but she didn't seem to have very friendly support from the rest of her team. I felt bad for her. Also, there was an attempted charge for a driver's licence check which shocked me. I think this is ABSOLUTELYCons:(cont from first question) RIDICULOUS. I cannot believe Hertz charges for checking the driver's licence. I will not be renting from Hertz again because of this.Reviewed 31 Jul 2019

Pros:Staff was extremely friendly and made for a pleasant and personal experience of renting a car. The car was clean and exactly what I was looking for the day. Quick pick up and speedy drop-off, I even made my bus in time.Cons:Nothing, it was the best experience I have had renting a car in my short list of car rental experiences.Reviewed 16 Apr 2019
